Thesis Organization
The thesis is structured as follow:
In chapter 2 detailed study of High Utility Itemsets Mining is discussed with major emphasis is on various remarkable contributions in this emerging area. In this chapter literature of the various techniques and current scenario of research in mining high utility itemsets have presented also advantages and limitations of various techniques for HUIM have presented. Section 2.1 focused on the study of Data Mining. In Section 2.2 literature review of Association Rule Mining and Frequent Itemset Mining is discussed .
Section 2.3 provides the significance of high utility itemsets and an up-to-date survey. Section 2.4 concludes the chapter.
Chapter 3 proposed An Improved Algorithm to effectively discover the High-Utility Itemsets (HUIs) over uncertain databases. Section 3.1 focused on High Utility Itemset Mining, section 3.2 states the problem statement, and section 3.3 proposes An Improved Efficient Mining High Utility Itemsets over Uncertain Databases Algorithm. In Section 3.4 experimental assessment using sample uncertain Database are reported. Finally, the chapter over and ended with conclusion in Section 3.
5.
Chapter 4 proposes a FP Growth Approach for HUIs over uncertain databases. Section 4.1 focused on Problem Statement, Section 4.2 discussed the proposed FP Growth Approach for Mining High Utility Itemsets over Uncertain Database, In Section 4.3 experimental assessment can be seen and Section 4.4 concludes the chapter. Chapter 5 introduced another vital aspect of this thesis in terms of High Utility Rare Itemsets Mining (HURIs).Section 5.1 gives concept of Rare Itemset Mining, Section 5.2 states Problem Statement, Section 5.3 focused on Proposed Efficient Algorithm for Mining High Utility Rare Itemset Mining over uncertain databases, Section 5.4 gives experimental assessment and lastly the chapter is ended up with the Conclusion in Section 5.
5.
In Chapter 6 proposed a novel Hybrid Approach for mining HURIs over uncertain databases. Section 6.1 defines problem statement, Section 6.2 proposes a proficient Hybrid Approach for mining high utility rare itemises(HURIs) over uncertain database. The experimental results and evaluation are presented in Section 6.3. Section 6.4 concludes the work.
Chapter 7 concise conclusion and future enhancement can be found as Section 7.1 concludes the thesis and Section 7.2 furnish the outline of the scope for future work and enhancement.
