The major purpose of the organization is to introduce the online ticket booking system which has user friendly interface and easy accessibility. The project will provide the facility of any time booking of tickets online by the process of project management. The project report will contain the framework of all the procedure requirements such as design, execution and control for accomplishment of the projection. It will also focus on the consumer privacy and safety issues from the cyber-crime.

Virtucon/Globex values are Excellence, customer support, innovation and creativity. The organization wants to maintain the balance between Company, consumer and employee values simultaneously. Virtucon/Globex objective is to encourage customer support services by the help of technology advancement. By introducing the online ticket booking system company will helps in reducing manual ticket booking and gives easy access to ticket booking facility for 24/7 hours. According to the concept customer can easily book ticket from anywhere to anytime, which save their time. This will be very beneficial program towards general people like wise:-
- Reduce manual ticket booking system which will act as time saving element.
- Deduction in long queues, multiple ticket counters and attainders.
- E-ticket service provides reservation, cancellation and refund facility from anywhere and anytime.
The E-ticket booking system impacts variously but the major area of impacts are customer, strategic, financial, operational and social. In terms of ranking they are as follows:-

Scope: Scope is the detailed information about the features of the project and project requirement. Project management scope refers to the vision, product, service and the output provide by the project. It will measure the project cost, quality and time requirements.(Kumar, and et al, 2017)
Scope Management Plan:-Project management consist two types of scope which are Product Scope and Project Scope. Project scope is the work that needed for accomplishment of product delivery and services. Product scope is the features and functions that distinguish the product itself. Project scope management plan process are planning, controlling and closing and To define the scope of project, Project manager needs to follows various steps which are as follows:-
- Scope planning: This step will describe the project scope and document that how will be the project progress like further definition, control and validation about the projection.
- Collect requirements: This process involves all the requirements for the fulfilling project objectives and documenting the need of stakeholders. Project manager used several tools and technique to achieve the project requirements from stakeholders.
- Define Scope: This step contains the detail description about the project goals and outcome.
- Create work breakdown structure: the work breakdown structure provide all the activities related to complete the project.
- Validate Scope: This process focus on the consumer acceptance and feedback on outcome.
- Control scope: This step monitors status of the project and make required changes to the scope. (Too and Weaver, 2014)
The online ticket booking project Scope is provide the user friendly and easy accessible ticket booking program through which consumer get serviced 247 hours. This project’s scope includes all the activities from website planning, to implementation, monitoring and controlling. Project manager of Virtucon/Globex will follows the scope requirements merely and execute them as per the stakeholders and customer expectation. To manage the E ticket program scope, Project manager uses different tools and techniques like:- communication, meetings, expert judgement, interviews, group discussion, decision making, workshops surveys, decomposition, inspection and Variance analysis.(Burke, R., 2013)

The MS project of the online ticket booking system provides estimation of time and cost required for the project accomplishment to the project manager. AS shown in the table the estimated time will be the 80days and estimated cost will be approx $15,018. This will provide project manager to assessment of project scope. (Kumar, and et al, 2017)

The forecasting and evaluation of financial risk and to avoid their impacts, identifies required procedures known as risk management. Risk analysis needs detailed program of financial data, planning, market forecast, security and other project relatable information. Risk analysis and management is the essential planning tool of the project which helps in saving time, monetary and status. It can be complex process.
Assumption made about the project: As per the project, project manager assumed that their will be no technical failure and the architecture and design will be well establish in organization.(Larson and Gray,2013)

The risk can be scheduling risk, consumer risk, resources allocation and technical risk. Project manager allocate responsibility to members, to deal with every risk factor. For instance assessment of objective, project scope related risk management willallocate to the business analyst. As well scheduling risk to the project manager and in execution phase interface design, hacking, and fraud related risk treated by the engineer and technician. System designer will focus on the project consumer related risk like website speed, interface etc. (Awang and et al, 2015)
By the information gathering technique such as root-cause analysis, Delphi technique and decision tree strategy risk can be manages.
Quality Management plan:- The quality management plan for the Online ticket booking project will establish the activities, process and procedures for ensuring an quality upon the project conclusion. The purpose of the project quality plan is to:-

- Define how the quality will be managed
- Identify activities of quality assurance
- Characterize the quality control activities
- Describe quality standards
In the short statement the E ticket project team of Virtucon/Globex will work with the quality group to match the organization and customer quality standard goals.
Verification and Validation of online ticket booking system:-
- The evaluation of project outcome by the third party which is outside the development of the organization will be verification of project performed by IV and V services.for example safety assessment performed by system safety manager.
- The meet the need of target audience will offers the validation of the project.The validation activities such as accuracy, deadline, selectivity, limit of detection and quantification etc performed by the stakeholders, manager, team worker and client of GlobexCorporation. (Vveinhardt and Gulbovait?, 2016)
The project manager of online ticket booking project will focus on the quality of the production by low cost, meet up the deadline as per the need of stakeholders and consumer. Project manager allocate the responsibility to the skilled and technical expert personnel to achieve the quality assurance of the project.
