The report depicts the importance of adopting manual database system to store and retrieve data from the database storage as per the organizational and consumer’s requirement. This particular report is based on the project that has been prepared for Grand Wines. In order to communicate instantly along with the consumers the sales representatives have decided to adopt wireless data entry device to manage the orders given by the consumers.
The manual system helps to resolve all the issues related to sales data, delivery delay, lack of stock data lost etc. A Wireless data entry device is needed to be adopted to mitigate these issues. Plan purpose – The project manager of the organization made the communication plan to connect the employees and the top managerial team of the organization. The communication system includes all the consumers of the organization. In order to implement the data entry device, the sales representatives and the stakeholders are needed to be communication properly with each other.
Change management- For the successful implementation of the project proper planning along with appropriate change management are needed to be implemented by the organization. The project manager of the organization also controls and monitors the entire process. According to the changing need of the consumers proper work flow management and proper adaptation of technologies are needed to be acquired.
