The Relevance of Corporate Entrepreneurship in the Context of Globalization
The corporate entrepreneurship is related to the business to business relationship. In the era of the globalization the evaluation of the business to business is important. The business entrepreneurship is defined by the ability of the individual person to understand the different aspects of the business which cannot be understood by other people (Javalgi, Hall and Cavusgil 2014). The two different papers related the business entrepreneurship and the evaluation of its significance in the business to business situation have been critically discussed in this study. The first paper talks about the relevance of the business entrepreneurship in the background of the globalization of the trade and the non relevance of this term. Certain assumptions and the arguments have been imposed in order to prove the fact the business entrepreneurship may not be relevant in current market situation. The second paper talks about the importance knowing various factors regarding the firm and its relation to the ability of the corporate entrepreneurship.
Key arguments of the author:
This discussion has covered the arguments of the two papers. Both paper are related to the terms like business to business and the corporate entrepreneurship. The main objective of these papers is to understand the relevance of the term corporate entrepreneurship in the context of the modern business situation and globalization of the business. In the first paper the author argues about the different aspects of the corporate entrepreneurship and tries to differentiate between the corporate entrepreneurship and true entrepreneurship (Harvard Business Review 2018). On the other hand in true entrepreneurship the stress is given on the innovation of the ideas and the development. This may or may not follow the conventional rules and the regulations of the company. In the other sense it can be said that the true entrepreneurship is more flexible than corporate entrepreneurship. The real entrepreneurs worry about the failure of the company . However, this leads to take the initiative for the company to do better in the market. However there are some things common between the true entrepreneur and corporate entrepreneur . In both cases, they have the vision for the expansion of the company in future. On the other hand they have leadership quality which helps in managing the employees and their different points of view regarding the potential of the company.

In this context two terms named corporate entrepreneurship and absorptive capability have been discussed . The conceptual model has been recommended in order to use the knowledge of the sales persons in order to expand the business.
