Responsibilities of Company Directors, Project Manager, Site Manager, and Project Team
Quality management regarding the bungalow project will help in setting plans with the help of terminologies that are stated in the Resto Building’s policies. Quality, standards and Objectives are set as per the requirement of the projects. The entire project will be performed under the guidance of site engineer. Scope development is performed with the help of the in-charged site engineer. Performing budget management as per the limitations provided by the higher authority is one of the main reason of performing the project. This report will provide the quality roles and responsibility. This report will also provide a quality planning approach. Quality assurance approach is also taken into consideration. Quality Control policy will also be provided.
Stakeholders who are responsible for the completion of the project are as follows: –
Company Directors
Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Company directors includes management of the liability of the projects. Understanding and portraying interest of the company. Setting of goals and scope of the project falls under the deliverable of a company directors.
Project Manager
Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the project manager includes reviewing and analyzing of the project quality plan and rectifying the issues that are present in the commencement of the entire project. Training unskilled staffs in order to increase the efficiency of the project. Monitoring of the functioning of the projects are also taken care of by the project manager. Arranging meetings and setting of milestones for completion of the project. Initiating of the entire discussion with the sponsors are one of the main duties that are performed by the project manager.
Site Manager
Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the site manager includes maintaining coordination in between the sub-contractors. Risks management in site of job is also considered to be one of the main functions of the site manager. Checking of the product is also a responsibility of a project manager. Techniques that must be implemented in order to reuse the products that are to be used. Verification of the quality that is to be delivered and the quality that was proposed to be delivered is done by the site engineer.
Project Team
Responsibilities: Responsibilities of Project team includes the performing the proposed deliverables. Providing quality service is one of the main responsibility that is to be performed by the project team.
Quality planning approach will be done as per the policies that are stated in the Resto Builder’s policy. Main concern of this project is to perform quality management of the project. Quality standards that will be provided includes Schedule baseline, Cost Baseline, Process Performance and product performance. Product performance will include strength and tolerance checking, whereas in case of the process performance analysis of waste and procurement management is performed.
Quality Planning and Quality Standards
The team is responsible for understanding of the product requirement and align the entire requirement as per the quality that is promised during the initiation of the project. Management of the quality of the product is to be checked and this is the sole reason that the functioning of the project management. Keeping track of the products that are used in the management of the project are well managed. Checking the code number that is allocated to each and every product as well as highlighting the manufacturing date must be taken into consideration. In case the date of manufacture as well as the expiring date of the product that is used gets ensured the main benefit that will be provided includes better quality of the product manufacturing.
Process quality is checked as per the acceptance of the standards that are set by the project manager in the initial stage. To accomplish the entire project procurement the main advantage that is enjoyed incurs better management of the procedural strategy.
The quality assurance is one of the most important aspect that relates to the project analysis regarding the quality that is manufactured in the management of the manufacturing of the project. Introducing the change control process in order to influence the quality of the product are taken into consideration under Quality assurance.

The framework that will be used should be a minimum of 70 mm thick along with the chips with a minimum thickness of 35 mm. the entire testing must be performed on site. The tiles that will be used must be having a thickness in between 0.25 mm and 0.75 mm. the testing methodology that will be implemented must be on site testing.
Introduction
Cost management plan will be performed with the help of the controlling and monitoring of the project baseline. This is performed in order to complete the project management as per the status of meeting conducted by the higher authorities of the business management. The cost management plan will provide the roles and responsibility of the authorities. Control threshold of the project will also be provided. Determination of the budget in order to complete the project in a better manner will also be provided
Responsibilities and authorities
The authorities responsible for the projection of the entire cost management are as follows: –
- Company Directors: Company directors are responsible for the taking decisions on behalf of all the employees
- Project Manager: Project manager is responsible for understanding the requirements of the project and function as per the management of the business
- Site Manager: Site engineer is responsible for performing the prosecution regarding completion of the project
- Project Team: Project team is considered to be the most important stakeholder who are responsible for completion of the project
Cost Accuracy
Cost accuracy will be maintained and the accuracy of the cost management will vary to utmost +/- 5% as per the decided cost in the initial phase
Cost Management Plan and Roles and Responsibilities
Measure of Cost
The cost management is calculated as per the hours the employees has been working for. The laborers are paid at $ 30 per hour and the tradesman get $ 45 per hour. The laborers work for 10 hours in a single day. The laborers and the staff members had to work 5 days a week. Material cost is also considered.
Control Threshold
The chances of increase in the total cost management is considered is =/- 10%. With an increase and decrease in cost the entire project can be performed in a better manner.
Rules of performance management
Cost and schedule performance will help in measuring the project management and this will ensure the fact that the management of the entire project will get performed in a better manner. In case the variation in cost management is lesser than the entire cost management process by 1% the project is considered to be lagging as per the cost calculation aspect
In case the cost of the entire project exceeds the cost plan by 1%, the entire project is considered to be leading ahead of the cost management.
Cost Reporting
Test of the entire scenario as per the management of the cost includes the fact that the management of the entire project gets performed in a better manner. Weekly cost report must be projected in order to perform the management of the cost.
Estimation of the cost
Cost aggregation is performed with the help of the three point technique in order to calculate the estimated cost. With an increase of the +/- 10% increase and decrease in the cost management the entire project gets performed
Updating Monitoring and Controlling
Monitoring of the entire project is very important as the cost that is incurred in the management of the project. Implementation of the Cost Variance Action plan must be provided. Cost variance action will act as the tracking methodology that will implement in providing variance in the cost projection.
