AnyCompany Corporation is a small advertising company as their customer list increasing and also they are demanding for video presentation in advertising media a review is made on their existing IT resources. The required information is gathered by reviewing the available information and a verbal interview is made with the manager. Since AnyCompany Corporation is small company it has no appropriate IT department. A research is made after gathering these required information. A propose computer system will be for each and every employee of AnyCompany Corporation and a server is proposed that supports their FTP requirements.
Changes in the network infrastructure will be made with new architecture, the floor plan of AnyCompany Corporation is given with the Visio software, and all the required setup of the servers and computers for the employees in the company will be provided. After the completion of the project a chart for filling the assignment will be provided. End devices such as laser printers, scanners will be established in the network setup. All the systems in AnyCompany Corporation supports windows 7, hence these operating system is not supported for video development. A suitable network structure along with a printer with appropriate speed and color will be implemented. All the necessary in-house services will be provided in AnyCompany Corporation, for the connectivity in AnyCompany Corporation ISP will be provided. Logical and physical installation of the network in AnyCompany Corporation is done by using the Visio software. A scheme is provided for the network devices that are configured through DHCP. A proper security plan will be implemented for the security purpose.
The goal is to satisfy the requirements of increasing number of customers with a more interactive advertising media that includes presentations in video format and for the business potential in this new market and have contracted you to survey the current IT resources and deliver a recommendation that enables the organization to exploit this new market.
