Apart from this, Accor group of hotels have also introduced its 2 hotels in Rotorua which also can pose competitive threat to Gables Lakefront Motel. These hotels of Accor group are named as Ibis Rotorua and Novotel Lakeside and both are located on the perfect shores of Rotorua Lake (Rotorua NZ, 2018). It offers peaceful surroundings with splendid views. It provides the insights of Maori culture of New Zealand that is the major attraction of this hospitality organization.
