The article discusses the several motivation techniques that are used by the managers in the workplace to increase the efficiency of the employees who are working in an organization called Cerkezkoy organized industrial site. The success of an organization is determined by how efficient its business process is. Efficiency is the deciding factor that can drive the business to apex and can affect the excellence of a business in a positive and negative manner. It is very important that the employees of the organization are efficient so that they can accomplish their goals and set targets without any miss. An efficient group of employees’ means, the productivity will be at par (Miner, 2015).
The best way to make the employees of the organization more efficient is by motivation. Motivation is a technique which is used by the managers and other top-level officials to enhance the productivity of their employees. The article discusses the different motivation techniques by which one can make the process more efficient and effective.
Motivation is important for an employee as it acts a driving force which tends to keep the employees going and work more efficiently. If the employees are motivated towards their work then it has a direct effect on their rewards, working environment and productivity. The working pattern of the employees can be changed with a proper motivation. It helps the employees to discuss their issues in the business process with the top management (Borman, 2014). This freeway communication helps in identifying the potential gaps in the process and will help in making the process more robust. If an organization is looking forward to achieving its target without any delays, then a proper motivation scheme can be launched in the organization which will help the employees to stretch out to their maximum possible limits and contribute in the excellence of the organization. One of the best possible schemes of motivation is introducing an incentive scheme which will make them earn rewards based on their performance (Hülsheger et al., 2013).
The weak link which is in the article states that there are few aspects where there is still inefficiency in the system. A spirit of motivation is still lacking and it can be due to the issues which are associated with workplace and the environment. There are several issues which are related to job simplification, work study, job enrichment. It is very important to pinpoint the exact factor that is resulting in such inefficiency so that the employees do not lack behind in achieving their targets (Donagan, 2017).
Efficiency as the Deciding Factor for Organizational Success
It is a common belief that motivation plays a key role in pushing the spirit of confidence in a person. The managers play a key role in strengthening the confidence of a person. They are the ones who can actually reveal the strengths and potential of an employee with proper motivation. A team of confident and motivated persons is a team which can achieve milestones. Also, it is evident that when an employee is motivated by an organization, it makes the whole environment motivated and competitive and people are dedicated to giving their best. There is a great significance of motivation which is beyond measures which are concerned with the employees, managers and the organization (Kleebbua and Siriparp, 2016). Those who are motivated outperform and achieve their daily targets effectively. It is a true fact that efficient employees make efficient products. The company who is producing more efficient products are the market leaders and in the leading charts at the global level. Such motivation is the reason why these organizations still exist in the markets. Also, as the world is now enriched with technological entities, it is a major fact that if the employees are provided with better technological surroundings then they feel more motivated. Technology makes the process faster and efficient (Demerouti, Bakker and Gevers, 2015).
Population and sample methods are one of the several methods which are taken into consideration in which the questions are based on a person’s specification and in the second part the opinions are retrieved by focusing merely on the motivational tools. The tool is used to analyze the performance of an individual employee in the company and is related to motivation and also it enhances the business process.

This motivation technique increases the productivity of an employee which ultimately results in a productive organization. In the absence of a motivational force, it becomes difficult for the employees to conduct their routine activities. Motivation technique doesn’t only motivate a person but they also help in making the surrounding environment motivated so that the co-workers can also get inspired to push out their maximum limits. All these key points’ helps in aiding the statement presented in the thesis and affirms that an employee subjected to motivation is an employee who can be most efficient (DuBrin, 2013).
Importance of Motivation for Employee Efficiency
The supporting evidence of the argument presented is that the major driving force for such enthusiasm and dedication is concerned with the monthly income. For a lower income class family, this is the main motive for which the employees who are ready to give their best to the organization. This is usually common in the lower class family. The second supporting evidence is concerned with the status of a person. It has been seen that employees requires motivation so that it can be easy to conduct the activities in a proper direction. The third and the last supporting evidence is that motivation has given profits to all the segments if implemented in an effective way.
The article focuses more on the activities of the workers who are associated with the textile industry. The overall results that are attained from the research are related to motivation as it can be seen motivation helps the employees to be confident in context to the activities which are assigned to them. The people who are shy in nature are not able to show their talent in the organization but it can be seen that by proper technique of motivation, it becomes easy for them to conduct the activities. Motivation helps to enhance the confidence level of the employees (Dhar, 2015). It is important to enhance the confidence level of the employees so that they can showcase their talent in the activities which are conducted by them. If the talent is hidden and not exposed to the company then the growth of the company in the market cannot be attained easily (Georgellis, 2015). Therefore, it has been analyzed that to achieve growth it is important for the manager to focus on enhancing the confidence level of the employees. In the article, it can be seen that the employees are also engaged in completing their task in the fabric dying factories. The overall study tells that there are 229 workers and of which 183 employees are engaged in the activities of the weaving factor and there are 46 managers through application and questionnaires. It has been seen that this has been taken into consideration as the motivation which is given by the top management and then it passes on to the subordinates (Guclu and Guney, 2017). The motivation which is given by the top management helps t to achieve positive results and also enhances the growth of the company. It is also important for the manager to focus on considering the motivational theory like Maslow theory so that the motivation can be enhanced effectively. This theory focuses on the basic needs of the employees which should be offered to them so that it can be easy for them to enhance their efficiency (Reeve, 2014).
Different Motivation Techniques Used by Managers
Therefore, by analyzing the article it has been concluded that it is important for a manager to give motivation to the employees so that they can be on the right path and have a good behavior towards the activities of the company. It has been seen that if they are not behaving in a positive manner then it can give an adverse effect on the overall process of management. The behavior of the employees also reflects the overall performance of the employees (Bissing?Olson et al., 2013). An employee with a good behavior in the work place makes the whole environment good. This is important for the manager to give focus on theories and concepts so that it can be easy for expanding and surviving in the competitive environment. Employees are considered as an asset to the company and they should be treated with proper manner. If the employees are considered as an important entity, they will be more responsible towards their duties. The manager should focus on offering the benefits so that their satisfaction level can be maximized. With several policies and schemes it can be ensured that the employees are getting their fair share of motivation so that they can bring out the best out of them.
