On the other hand digital marketing also supports HVM to know what others competitors are doing like HMV stores include books, audio, videos as well as wide range of movies and music. To promote these services HMV has launched various apps and online stores for better marketing.

It is used by HMV to analyse the performances of the pages of website as well as checking on different marketing channels used during the campaign.
