This project, “My Health Record”, allows individuals for controlling and tracking their daily health and treatment record by their own. This project will help in monitoring the daily health record of an individual within less time. The complexity of the project has been less and the interface is user-friendly for proper use of individuals without any technical knowledge. The purpose of the project is to evaluate the daily health of an individual from their busy time schedule. This electronic application will help in providing initial check-up to any casualty to an individual. This system has been protected under My Health Record Act 2012.
Purpose of the project: The purpose of the project to maintain the daily health of an individual from the daily busy schedule. This application helps in providing daily online summery of health of an individual. The system is aiming for providing in house medical services to individuals in Australia. This system also helps in creating awareness related to personal health of an individual in the society. The cost of the project with its expansion in 2017-2018 will be $374.2 million. The expansion of the My health Record system has been increasing with the quality services provided by the system. Large number of people in Australia are registered into this application for checking their daily health record.
Objectives of the Project: The main objectives of the project is to create awareness among people related to their daily health. The use of advanced technology including ICT have helped in maintaining the technology of the application. The system aims that maintaining the daily heath record of an individual in the society. This project expands in various fields including allergies, pathology reports, diagnosing and daily health updates. The objectives of the health system has been initialized with respect to provide care services to individuals in the society.
Project management Methodology: The project has used the waterfall model of project management methodology. This model has followed a list of events from the requirement definition, software design, implementation and unit testing. The data flow diagrams have been prepared for outlining and designing the project model. Therefore, during each stage pf lifecycle, well-defined activities have been carried out for functioning data flow of care users. Various data structure algorithms have been used for proper functioning of the system with connected online database. A relational database has been created for the storing data and information of the health record of individuals. Proper relationships between tables have been defined with proper key allocations.
Objectives of the Project
The requirements of users have been fulfilled by the use of system. The daily report of health have been uploaded and stored in the database of the system. This application have targeted all the age groups of people on the society. The use of ICT technology have helped in minimizing the complexity of the application. The interface of the system has been kept user-friendly that helps in accessing the system with an ease. The project has helped in maintaining data and information of the individual in an organized manner. Therefore, this minimizes the searching complexity for the system. The use of the query for searching any content in the system is simple and easy. The organized form of storing data in the database have been maintained by the database administrator of the system. The project has been completed in 2017. It is looking for expansion over different states and cities in Australia. The personal data and information of individuals registered in the system has been kept secured and safe. The documents uploaded to the application for the testing and diagnosis purpose have been properly analyzed before providing the outcomes and results of the report. The project My Health Record can manage multiple users at a time and can have track to their data and information. However, it makes sure that the use of the data and information are being used in a correct manner for calculating the health results if the individuals. The customization of the project can be done from the administration end according to the feedbacks of the users in the market.
The system has been integrated with several names of doctors that can provide consultation of professional doctors in the market. Professional doctors from various fields are connected with the application that helps in providing online care services to the individuals. Effective standards of use of the systems have been provided over the time. However, in absence of these standards, the AMA guide provides information about the medical profession and expectations of use of the My Health Record. This guide helps in using the system by the users in a smooth way. The use of the system has been easy for the users as the complexity of the system has been low. This system is designed to maintain the daily health of the individuals with paying any kind of charges. The charges are allocable in case of extra treatment require for the patient over the internet. The project has been a great success in the country with most of the users are hoping with the application online (Armani et al. 2016). The use of the application acts as a trustworthy system for the individuals and provide quality services to the users. The My Health Record does not replace existing communication methods with the patient or other healthcare providers.

The outcomes of the project has been positive in the market. The use of the system in the medical industry has created a huge impact in the development of the industry. Therefore, this project have helped in maintaining the health of various individuals in the society. The database of the project has been filled with a numerous data and information regarding health report. Therefore, it shows that sort of the people in Australia are registering themselves in the project, the use of various technologies have helped in minimizing errors in the calculation of reports of the individuals. These technologies have helped in providing better facilities to the patients in their daily life. The use of the projects has been maintaining its brand image in the market the revenue generated from the use of the project has been increasing in the market the project have helped in maintaining the daily heath of the patients in the country. Therefore, this conclude that the project has been a great success of the Australian government.
This system does not allow the data and information of the patients to be published outside that have increased the popularity of the system in the market. The use of various technical departments in the administration end of the project have been working for implementing various technologies and tools for mitigating the issues generated in the system. The health care provider in the system have been in contact to numerous people in the security for providing health care services to them (Duckett 2017). The system has be GPS tracker ICT device that helps in maintaining the location of the doctor and patients. This technology have helped in providing a perfect location and timing of the services to the care users in the society. The use of the project have helped in securing the health of an individual in emergency cases. Therefore, the death rate due to accidents and other emergency cases have been reduced in the country. The first aid tips during an emergency have been included in the database of the system. This helps in providing first aid to the people during an emergency.
Various healthcare specialist have been participating in the system for providing care services to individuals. This have increased the population of the system over the internet. The digital health record have also helped in minimum the paper use or providing daily report. The user can get various opportunities to meet various doctor right from home that helps in getting proper care services. The care services provided by the professionals have been of good quality that have helped in maintaining the health of the patients in the home. The use if the system might help in gaining knowledge about various doctors around them and can visit them personally. The use of the system have helped in providing proper services to the individuals by getting access to their address. In many cases, professionals might come ti their home and provide emergency care services to them. Therefore, outcomes of the My Heath Record have been positive and fruitful for the individuals using it. The ICT technology have helped in making a useful project in order to maintain the health of individual in Australia.
