Bolman and Deal (2017) stated that the effectiveness of the functions of the leader helps in determining the change in the structure and the functioning of the business in the market. On the other hand, the determination of the sustenance of the organization is based on the communicational and motivational functions that are undertaken by the leaders in favour of the business (Johnston & Marshall, 2016). On the other hand, the determination of the needs of the organization is based on the effective leadership practices undertaken by the same (Beck & Cowan, 2014). It has facilitated the determination of the sustenance of the organization in the market. The key features of the change, according to Wang et al. The determination of the capabilities of the organization is facilitated through the the financial and the workforce capabilities of the business to bring in the transition in the systems (Goleman, Boyatzis & McKee, 2013). Thereby leadership plays an important role in determining the progress that is planned by the organization through the decision making functions, which helps the organization in coping up with the market competition resulting to its sustenance in the markets. Grant, (2012) stated that the determination of the needs of the employees helps in the identification of the varied changes in the organizational culture (Spillane, 2012). Effective leadership helps in determining the changes in the performance of the organization, which facilitates the improvement in the functioning of the business in the market. Organizational performance is again based on the quality management, which plays an important part in the progress that is planned by the business as per the needs of the same to cope up with the competition in the market (Dinh et al., 2014). Choudhary, Akhtar and Zaheer, (2013) stated that the quality management of the organization helps in determining the improvements in the system of the business. Therefore, Leadership, being an independent variable helps in determining the changes in the functioning of the organizational performance which is a dependent variable.

Limitation of the research
The researcher might face a limitation while undertaking the research due to the shortage of time and the available resources. The shortage of available researcher on the topic might affect the research that the researcher is planning to incorporate in the research work. On the other hand, time is again an important factor that affects the research that is planned by the researcher.
