For the development of the fact finding and find the improvements that can be done with the implementation of the project reviews, interviews and observations are done.
Interviews: The business plan is prepared after interviewing the executives. It also helped to analyze the requirement of the organization and develop the project according to the needs of the organization.
Documentation: A feasibility study is done before starting the development of the information system. The project schedule is prepared for describing the work breakdown structure and the time required for completion of the project (Wasson 2015). The resources required for the development of the project is also analyzed and the benefit that the organization can gain with the development of the project is also required to be documented in the report.
Reviews: The project is reviewed multiple times for aligning it with the current requirement of the organization (Yue, Tian & Han 2013). The reviewing of the project also helps the project manager to reduce any error during the development stage.
Observation: The project manager is responsible to monitor the progress of work and different tools can be used for review and monitor the growth and they are listed below:
- Monitoring the project progress
- Provide proper guidance
- Aligning the project (Romiszowski 2016)
- Supporting the display
- Eliminating all the barriers arising during the development of the project
- What is the requirement of SANE Australia for experiencing competitive growth in the market?
- What are the business processes that are required to be automated for increasing the efficiency of the business?

- Develop and implement an information system in SANE Australia to eliminate the manual process
- To analyze the current problem faced in the organization and develop the information system accordingly
- To create a project schedule for developing the project
SANE Australia is the largest health and illness service provider and the business organization needs to implement the information system for automating the business process. The information system is designed to record all the patients’ records and invoice. With the implementation of the information system the organization can reduce the human errors and increase the efficiency of the business. The information system is designed to hold the customer and the supplier records and help the organization to build a good relationship with the customer.
- A simple web access is used for controlling the information system and
- It helps to generate reports at the end of the month for managing the organizational process and finding the flaws (Reijers, Mendling & Recker 2015)
- The information system is highly customizable that adds flexibility to the current business process
Figure 1: Gantt Chart
The project goals and deliverables of the project are included in the scope of the project. For the successful development of the project a project schedule is required to be prepared and the project is required to be developed according to the schedule. The main risk associated with the SANE Australia is managing the customer and storing their information securely. With the implementation of the information system the challenge is resolved and helps the organization to gain competitive advantage.
Technical advice: For the development of the information system the requirement of the business should be analyzed and the information should be developed according to the requirement if the organization. The application of the ERP in the information system would increase the efficiency of the system.
Security: The customer records and the transaction details must be kept in encrypted format in the database of the information system and proper authentication must be applied in different levels for increasing the security of the organization.
Training and development: The employees working in SANE Australian must be provided proper training for using the information system efficiently and increase the productivity of the organization.
