In response to the e-mail, it is recommended that children should not be allowed to roam around or sit around the fountain. It is the sole responsibility of the shopping mall authority to appoint security personals to keep a check on this. The security personals must not allow any children to roam around the pool and the authority must impose strict measures on this rule. Many a times, children play around these fountains and accidentally they happen to fall into the pool and get drowned. The toys must be removed from the pool area so that the children are not tempted to reach them. The tricycles or other riding toys must be restricted in the pool area. The parents must be imposed penalty if they leave their children around the pool area. They must put different types of hoardings and billboards around the pool area citing that “Children are prohibited in this area”. This will make them conscious and they will not allow their children to move to the pool side (WHO 2017). The authority must also appoint some trained personal to save if any children accidentally happen to fall into pool. Life jackets and life preservers must always be kept ready (cdc.gov 2017). If the fountains are stopped, people will not be attracted to visit the shopping mall. Moreover, the old aged people and many people spend quality time with their family sitting beside the pool. If the fountain is stopped, the visitors will not be attracted towards the shopping mall. It is not legal to drain the water and turn the fountain off but the above mentioned steps must be taken by the authority.
The workers of the warehouse must be allowed to wear the dress according to their convenience. The health and safety issues of the workers must also be kept in mind before implementing any rules by the management authority. Formal meetings must be organized with the management so that both the parties can express their opinions and views and come to a mutual agreement. This must be solely left on the workers. If they are not given the choice to wear comfortable dress according to their own choice, their productivity level will fall. This in turn will affect the management (Liptak 2014). Moreover during the winter season, they must wear proper dress so that they do not fall sick easily. The authority must keep a check that they wear proper dress for the safety and health of the workers and the entire society. It is the workers who manufacturers and packages the products and if they do not maintain hygienic condition, it will affect the customers and this will result in loss to the company (Hair 2015). It will not be advantageous for the management if they allot a dress code for the warehouse workers. Moreover, many workers will not be comfortable to wear a high visibility vests. The dress code policy is applicable for the employees who meet the clients. Therefore, it is highly unjustifiable to allocate a dress code for the factory workers.

In response to this mail, it can be said that the policy is not regarded as sexist. The young, tall and well-built men will be capable to defend him if any miscreants attack him. On the other hand, if two women are doing the same job of those single men, it cannot be justified that it that there is discrimination between men and women. An individual do not want to take any life risk irrespective of the gender. Moreover, women may be easily attacked and harassed by the miscreants (britishcouncil.org 2017). Various Governments has passed different laws to protect the women in their society. Moreover, many a time women hesitate to report any incident that requires involvement of legal definition of sexual assault because it does not fit to many societies in this era (Verloo 2016). If two women carry the cash, they can be a companion and they can be alert of any impending danger. It is not possible for single women to carry out the entire task alone as it involves a risk and danger. Gender biasness is not a problem in this era of globalization. According to various researchers, females are considered as less competent than the male counterpart. Women must be allowed to succeed in every sector irrespective of their experience or education. The Government of different countries must make it compulsory for the women to enroll themselves in physical education so that they can protect themselves against any danger. In many countries the concept of gender equality is flourishing and this is removing the concept of gender disparity among the two sexes (Blau and Kahn 2016). Therefore, it can be said that men and women must be given the same privilege but the case mentioned in the e-mail is not considered to be biased against any gender.
It is necessary to keep an eye on the safety and health conditions of the cleaning staffs and also the safety and security of the office. The cleaning staffs uses different types of cleaning agents to remove the dirt and dust, for maintaining the surface and disinfection and they are considered as a source of chemical hazards (osha.europa.eu 2017). They must not be allowed to use those chemicals which may cause breathing problem or different types of allergies. Moreover, the chemicals contained in various cleaning agents may also be explosive or flammable. Thus, they must be restricted to use these cleaning agents (Suleiman and Svendsen 2015). The cleaning staffs must work outside the working hours of the office which may be either before or after the opening hours of the office, the air exhaust and the ventilation must be turned off so that the air is not renewed in the work area (Suleiman and Svendsen 2014). It is necessary for the graphic designer company to keep an eye on the cleaning staffs because many times they may use those products which are restricted in the office premises. It is also important that the company does not blindly trust the workers and give the office key to them. There are several important and secret documents of the company which might be not be allowed to be accessed. It is the sole responsibility of the graphic designer company to take care of the health and safety measures of their office employees and their belongings in the company. Many products use in cleaning may use skin irritation of the employees (Johanning et al. 2014). Thus, it can be said that there must be a co-ordination between the two groups to ensure proper health and safety measures.

It is important to inform the other party that the guard of the saw is missing. There is no instruction manual or guidelines that the company can produce to the purchasing company. There are some safety measures which must be considered before buying a saw else it might lead to serious accidents. The pulleys and the blade must be enclosed by the substantial guard. An adjustable guard must be provided to enclose the blade between the top of the pulley and the table (hse.gov.uk 2017). The engineering company must consider this safety measure before selling the old saw without a proper guard. Every year many accidents occur due to misallocation of these saw guard. Moreover, care should be taken in the cleaning and maintenance of the blade and the guard. The saw must also be operated with the instructor’s permission and if there are no guidelines or manual, the instructor will not be able to guide the workers (Chung and Shauver 2013). The company should not sell the saw without the safety guard. They must be sure that the if they sell the saw without the guard, it must not cause injury or harm to the health of the workers (Jun et al. 2016). There must be norm in the industry that any company cannot use saw without a proper guard. Thus, it can be said that from the safety perspective, the company should not sell the saw to anyone without a proper guard.
