Discussion
This case study is based on the impact of Information Systems (IS) within “Study In Australia” (SIA), which specialises in the process of recruiting of international students based on their admission to different renowned universities. This business was established by Ronak and his friends. Initially the business had a simple business model in which the processes of the business were manually set. They included the records of the students, filling of forms, tracking of offer letters, confirmation of enrolment processes, processing of payments based on the behalf of service providers of education. With the advancements of technology, it has been seen that many of the competitors of the business were making use of online platforms based on tracking of applications of students. The issues within the business would be needed to be solved by following certain kinds of strategies that would also be able to mitigate the different kinds of challenges. This report helps in providing different kinds of solutions to the SIA based on addressing of issues and thus providing advice for the successful implementation of improvement structures within the business. This would be provided by studying the works by other authors and finding out the best possible solutions.

Based on the case study, it has been seen that the SIA did not make have their presence on the online platform. This would make the process of storing of the records to be difficult in a certain manner and it would also be hectic to find out the proper records of the students. Based on the scenario mentioned in the case study, it has been seen that in the previous times, most of the records of the students were maintained on a traditional basis. There would be different kinds of problems based on finding the proper kind of files. This is due to the fact that the files of the student were not organised in a proper manner.
