Mr. Mateo Nicholson a 45 year old and an African-American male during his Interview seemed to be a descent and well-groomed person as he was clean shaved, had short hair and was dressed in a clean pair of trousers with tucked in shirt. He seemed to be a healthy person standing 5feet 11 inches tall and weighted around 95 Kgs. During his interview he sat fully erect and was honest, open-minded and seems ready to face all the questions he was expecting to encounter. Mr. Nicholson remained calm though out his interview and show no unusual behavior of symptoms of stress or anxiety. Moreover, he seemed strong headed, patient and capable of adopting well to an unknown new environment. He also seem physically fit and showed no symptoms of physical impairments.
- Nicholson in his previous church counselled hundreds of people by patiently listing to their person and professional problems and have successfully enlightened many to make correct decisions. He received many positive references from the people he helped and within three years’ time period was also appointed as Junior Pastor of the church. Which reflects him as humble, patient and intelligent person.

Mateo Nicholson has been referred to the office for evaluation based on his qualification for the position as a Senior Pastor of a local urban church. He is seeking an assessment to determine whether he is competent to work as a Senior Pastor in the local urban church with additional responsibilities of youth mentorship and marriage counselor.
Mr. Nicholson is a graduate from an accredited University and has a Masters in Divinity from Liberty University and Bachelor in Psychology from Liberty University. He presents an awareness of the responsibilities that a Senior Pastor is required based on the position with specificity to psychology in marriage and guardian to fellows of the church. Since he graduated, Mr. Nicholson has spent hundreds of hours counseling members of his former church who have difficulties in their homes, marital problems and successfully ran a church in three years as an appointed temporary Junior Pastor. Manner and Approach
Overall, Mr. Nicholson appears honest; he is willing to be open-minded and solve any situations he encounters. In addition, his medical reports prove that he has minimal health issues, suggesting that he can cope with the stressful environment that comes with the position. Besides, Mr. Nicholson can respond to challenging questions in a calm way. Mr. Nicholson has three siblings, including one sister. His father is a contractual engineer while his mother is a counselor. However, his parents are divorced. His mother resides on the south side whereas his father lives out of state. Despite that, Mr. Nicholson described his family as functional.
Mr. Nicholson did not attend Kindergarten. He passed the entrance placement test to bypass Kindergarten to be placed in first grade. He graduated from high school at the age of sixteen and quickly entered a four-year university to pursue his dreams of being a counselor (Drummond & Jones, 2006). He subsequently graduated with honors after four years. During that time, he had a good relationship with friends and family. He was likeable and enjoyed solving issues affecting people.
Mr. Nicholson attended Bishop Ireton Catholic High school and received his diploma in Virginia. Later, he joined Liberty University and pursued to gain two degrees, which are Masters in Divinity and Bachelor in Psychology. Previously, he has worked with charitable organizations focusing on the youth. This experience makes him well equipped to handle the young generation.
Mr. Nicholson is a Hispanic and African American male born in South America. At the age of seven, his family relocated to Virginia. His cultural background influences how he acts and the way he interacts with others.
Based on the psychological evaluation of Mr. Nicholson, he is qualified for the Senior Pastor position that is being offered at the local urban church. He is mentally and physically fit to handle any circumstances. Given that, he can assist the troubled students to handle any of their issues.
