The purpose of this presentation is to provide understanding of the project review and lessons learned processes which help the organization to improve the project outcomes. The presentation is provided of guidance by conducting of the project review to determine if the project will succeed or not. The project review also helps to determine if the project outcomes meet with the project client’s requirements.

The lessons learned is held at the project closure phase which is being attended by the project participants where the project is to be discussed along with evaluated. The findings of lessons learned are documented with intention of learning from the project experience along with improvement of future project related works.

The project manager should be involved into gathering of lessons as the manager plays a vital role in determine the success of the project. The manager controls each of the project activities. |

When there is no lessons learnt library, then the organization is not used of lessons from the previous projects, then I am not able to understand the main activities of the previous project. |
Lessons learned from risk situations into the project |
I have a habit to record of situations which are mainly failure into the project. I had started to include of situations into the project management areas such as occupational safety. |
From the risk situation, I learned to manage the risks. I learned to analyze the risks and mitigate it using risk assessment methods. At first, I analyzed the causes of the possible risks, then analyze its impact on project and finally mitigate those risks from the project for its success. |

I decided to analyze the situations by check of its causes, occurrence, and frequency along with impact of the risk on the project and human resources. |
When I faced of risks, then risk management plan is achievable as it is considered as best way to mitigate the risks. |
The risk management strategies are addressed the lessons by identifying and mitigating the risks which affect the business strategy and its objectives. |
After I have noticed that there are risk situations into project management plan. I will implement this strategy by 2 months period. |
Lessons learned from communication situations into the project |
While conducting work into a project, there are higher chances of communication gap among the project team members to interact with each other. |
From the situation, I observed that communication management strategy is used to consult with the stakeholders for communicational requirements. |

The strategy is achievable as it contains of frequency of communication among the internal and external parties. |
