The disengagement of the employees will be a crucial factor for the degradation of the workplace culture in the healthcare organizations. The nurses should think upon the methods or processes that could be taken to improve the quality of the patient care.

The use of technology is very critical so the nurses must be able to use the technology with best effects. The workplace culture should be redesigned by the healthcare providers in order to make the clinical practitioners very contented about their jobs. The challenges caused in the working for practice development should be tackled properly by the nurses (DiCenso, Guyatt and Ciliska 2014). This would be helpful for them to sustain in the challenging environment. This is why the clinical experts would be relying on the ways the nurses and others can live up to the expectations of providing the best services.
They should serve the person centered care in the best way and this would be highly effective for them indeed.
