Therefore, it has been seen that the strength which is evaluated by focusing on the thesis statement is that motivation of the employees can be enhanced when the managers or the top management are involved. Motivation is considered as an effective technique and the managers of the company focus on this technique so that the willingness of the employees towards the work can be enhanced. Motivation helps the employees to conduct the activities with efficiency by their own willingness (Lazaroiu, 2015). The level of motivation varies from person to person. If the workers are motivated then it can give positive impact and also it is beneficial for them. Motivated employees will earn more rewards, incentives and also they have the security of the job. Motivation is considered as a factor or the technique which can help to increase the overall efficiency of the worker conducting the routine activity in the workplace (Kirzner, 2015). It has been seen that overall performance of the employee is also enhanced with the help of motivation. There are various motivation techniques which are considered by the company and it gives benefit to the workers. It offers permission to the wage earner to give their opinions and through this, the information can also be shared in a proper manner. The working structure of the employees has changed due to the technique of motivation (Oswald, Proto, and Sgroi, 2015). The Motivation given to the employees also helps to accomplish the overall goals and objectives of the company. The situation states that the improvement can be seen in the performance of the workers who are conducting their routine activities (Reeve, 2014). The motivation techniques on which the managers have given focus helps to provide direction to the workers and also helps them to improvise their behavior in the workplace. Through motivation, the employees are giving their best and earning incentive which not only enhances the overall performance of the employee but also enhancing the profitability of the company (Certo, 2018).
Weaknesses of Low Motivation
The weakness which has been analyzed in context of the thesis statement is that there are many employees who are not motivated. Therefore, to increase the level of motivation there are many steps and surveys which are considered so that employees can give best towards the activities of the company. It is important to enhance the motivation level of the workers so that they can use their capability in the right direction and can complete the assigned task with proper efficiency (Weiner, 2013).

These factors are related to the business growth and development.
It has also been analyzed that there are many enterprises where the efficiency is low. The efficiency is low because of many reasons. The reasons are related to the unhealthy working environment, unfavorable relations with the managers, less motivation, low payment, and employee job inconsistency.
It has been investigated that motivation not only increases the satisfaction level of the employees but also gives enhancement in the overall profits of the company. The company can only achieve goals and objectives when the managers have motivated the employees to conduct the activities in a right direction. It is considered as one of the important function that helps the employees to give their best (Buble, Juras and Mati?, 2014). Hence, it can be stated that in the present scenario, the leaders increases the interest of the employees towards the assigned task. Motivation gives happiness and also satisfaction to the employees. The positive environment can also be created in the workplace. When incentives are given employees feel good and motivated. There are many benefits of motivation like the need of the wage earner enable to fulfill the requirement of the society and also it focuses on availing the ego satisfaction by giving the information to the wage earners to be self-assured (Bakker and Demerouti, 2014). The techniques of motivation on which focus is given help to disclose all the skill and capability that is necessary to emerge. It is a technique through which the skills and talent of the individual can be disclosed (Tao and Li, 2014). By focusing on the motivation factor it has been analyzed that technology also plays a great role. If the company uses the latest technology then it can be easy for the employees to give their best towards the activities of the company. Latest technology maximizes the overall efficiency of the workers and helps them to accomplish their goals and objectives (Elliot, Dweck and Yeager, 2017).
Factors Contributing to Low Efficiency in the Workplace
There are various concepts which are taken into consideration like population and sample method in which the questions are made on the specification of a person and in the second section the questions are determining the opinion by focusing on the tools of motivation. The tool related to motivation enhances the overall activities of the company and also the performance can be analyzed by considering this tool (Cascio, 2018).

The thesis statement is concerned with the techniques of motivation which are considered by the managers so that employee’s efficiency can be maximized in the workplace. It has been seen that the methods which are considered to increase the activities and working structure of the employees are successful. Through this profits can be easily earned by the company. When motivation is not given by the managers then it can be difficult to achieve success. The key factor that is evaluated by the thesis statement is that motivation increases the level of the activities and also the productivity level. Also, motivation helps to create positive environment and culture in the workplace. Therefore, these are the basic points that give support to the thesis statement that yes if motivation is given by the managers then it can be possible to achieve success.
The evidence that supports the argument is that has been evaluated that the motivation techniques are related to the monthly income. Monthly income is the motivation factor for the individuals who are from a low-income group in comparison to a high or middle-income group. It has been seen that requirement of motivation is high in low segment group so that they can conduct the activities effectively. Evidence in the technique of motivation is related to the status of the assignment in which the wage earner requires more as compared to the managers. The last evidence is concerned with the profits. Motivation has given a chance to earn profits in all the segments.
Motivation is needed in each segment and it helps to enhance the operations conducted by the workers. This article focuses more on the workers who are conducting the activity in the textile sector. The outcome of research is that motivation is an important part of the employees. It helps to disclose the skills and capability of an individual and also the talent which is hidden can be exposed if the managers give motivation to the employees. The emphasis is given to the employees who are conducting the operations in dying factories. This study focuses on 229 employees and from these 183 employees is conducting their activities in 3 weaving factory and 46 managers are also involved in the process. Motivation is given by the top management to the subordinates. The positive outcome has been achieved with the help of motivation techniques considered by the managers (Guclu and Guney, 2017).
Therefore, by analyzing the overall article it can be concluded that motivation is an essential aspect that should be considered by the managers so that activities can be conducted smoothly. The activities conducted by the employees should be appraised so that efficiency can be enhanced of the employees towards the activities which are assigned to them. By implementing the techniques of motivation it can be easy for the company to implement the technique of motivation. Managers should consider the motivational techniques so that objectives can be accomplished.
