The chose case study is the TOSIG (Tier One Suppliers Insurance Company) hat has been operating the operational activities through offline procedures and thus, making it difficult for the employees for the management of the operational activities. Cloud computing technology is being introduced as the effective solution and approach for the organization to manage the operational activities in an efficient and effective manner. This report will be discussing the research problems, issues, and other factors related to the daily operations being managed by the TOSIG for the real world application. The practical and theoretical demonstration is being proposed in manner to assure that the proposed solution will be capable of allowing the organization to gain the maximum efficiency from the project.
The organization provides confirmation to the clients that all the claims will be fulfilled after completing all the necessary conditions and the recovered amount will be refunded to them if they are eligible. It allows the users to transfer the risk to the insurance company assuring that the satisfaction of the customers and consumers. The company allows every individual within the country after fulfilling certain conditions and the loss will be refunded to them whenever the customers face certain damage to their property.
The organization is limited to operate the operational activities within Australia and does not provide insurance for the properties and products of another country. The political restrictions limit it to be operating within the Australia only.

CRM is one of the cloud computing application that can be helpful in managing the customer relationship in much better and enhanced way and execute the necessary operational activities that can be helpful in managing the activities.
An official go between the two senior officials of different organization will be accomplished under the context of the ISC (International Standardization Council) after the arrangement of the resolutions those have been passed by the ISC. Thereafter, coordinating and controlling the standard activities. The communication will be facilitated after these steps.
The employees are not able to communicate with the organizational data and stored database while on the field communicating with the consumers. This is resulting in the lacking of the customer attraction and relationship as the information related to the organization is not being shared at the moment representative approaching the consumers.
The proposed implementation will enhance the ways of working within the organization and promote the employees to effectively manage the operational activities in much better and efficient way. The proposed service will allow the consumers to communicate with the organization in much easier and efficient manner.
Limitation of Operations to Australia
Questionnaires, survey, and interviews will be utilizes fort the collection of the information and every information gathering technique will target different stakeholder group for the collection of necessary information those could be utilized for proposing the better and efficient approaches for the organization and the consumers.

The clients need a sophisticated model or system that can allow them to be connected with the entire data and information for them under proper authorization level and access hem from wherever they want to via connecting to the internet.
The new system needs to be easy to use by the users and simple enough to be understandable by the individuals using the services. The new system needs to allow the organizational stakeholders to operate them from anywhere despite of any boundary and allow them to accomplish the necessary operational procedure. The new system should be flexible in manner to allow the organization to manage the operational activities in far better and efficient way despite of limitations to the storage and operational activities.

Based on the above report it can be concluded that the developed project is capable of providing all the necessary details those are necessary for the development and growth of the new business project that can be helpful in enhancing the production and output of the TOSIG. The above report presents the new website development and implementing cloud services as the solution for the elimination of the identified problems. The identified problems have been analyzed through considering the operational activities of the TOSIG and considering the stakeholders facing problem in the existing system of the organization. This system will not only allow the organization to provide better services and enhance the customer relationship however; it will also be helpful in gaining the best customer experiences from availing the easy and effective services.
