- What is the importance of project review after completion and how does it help in future projects?
Project review is considered as one of the most useful as well as powerful way of adding continuous improvement mechanism. It is found that most of the activities can be generally categorized into different set of discrete number of projects (Binder, 2016). Post project review is mainly done within the project to identify items that is done well, the items that are required to be improved, identify items that are broken as well as helps in deciding future action plans. - Scope Review
It is identified that in order to carry out the induction program within the organization “TIA”, the organization develops the scope of the project. As per the project scope, it is identified that the project will involve number of steps including market research, setting objectives as well as arranging number of resources (Intezari, Taskin & Pauleen, 2017). It is identified that the scope of the project is developed properly by the project manager so that the entire team can be capable of finishing the project within the expected budget and time.
In order to carry out induction program, the project manager identifies that the project requires budget of around $2690. It is identified that in order to carry out the tasks the project manager analyzes the required budget properly so that the entire project can be finished within the expected budget without facing any type of financial challenges (Schwalbe, 2015). The cost that is associated with the project is mainly reflected in the table below:

Positive and Negative Impact of Workplace Culture on Project Performance
The project “carrying an induction program for the organization TIA” conducts the execution phase of the project quite effectively so that the entire project can get finished within the expected time and budget (Katane & Dube, 2017). In order to execute the project, it is very much necessary to complete activities like market research, setting objectives, arranging resources, selection of project team and more.
The risk management that is mainly conducted in the project reflects that the project faces risks like communication issues, issues due to co-ordination, cost overruns as well as poor quality control issues and challenges (Kopczynski, 2017). It is very much necessary to analyze the probability as well as consequence of the risk and as per the consequence proper strategy or cation is generally needed in order to resolve the risks and challenges.
It identified that in order to conduct the induction program, the project manager requires number of deliverables. The deliverables of the project that is used for delivering the entire project successfully is reflected in the table below:
Deliverables |
Market research |
Setting objectives |
Arranging resources |
Selecting the project team |
Assigning the roles and responsibilities |
Allocating resources |

Conclusion
It is concluded from the entire paper that proper team work is very much necessary to make the entire project successful. Proper unity between the team members assists in fostering healthy relationship within the project team members that further helps in finishing the entire project work within the expected time. It is also found that positive work culture within the organization assists in finishing the entire project successfully.
