Aims and objectives of the project
This report depicts the importance of maintaining reproductive health, physical fitness, alcohol usage, stress, violence, nutrition, violence, stress, accidents etc in Population health Intervention. With the help of these managerial aspects the issues associated to health condition could be completely minimized. However, from the current analysis it has been defined that, the recent area of public health concern deals with health of the maternal and health of the infants. In order to implement the community health functions the key strategies those are needed to be considered include behavioral risk factors and the planned approaches. Currently, the public health body is developing their particular focus on disease, health education and vital resources across the differentiated programs.
In order to resolve the issues in Population health intervention or even health problems the project manager should set accurate aim and project objective as well. After understanding the health issues, background and rationale of the project an action plan is developed and represented in this report. However, for the development of the action plan accurate strategies should be evaluated according to the anticipated outcomes and even the significant of the outcomes are also elaborated in this report. In order to implement the action plan proper timeline, project budget are also needed to be considered. Lastly, proper justification for the estimated budget is also elaborated on this report. Moreover, from the entire estimation it could be expected that this project could be successfully executed if all of these aspects are properly followed by the project manager.
Population health interventions are referred to as a set of programs and policies that helps to shift the distribution of the health level risks by identifying the social, economical and environmental conditions. Population health interventions could be either policies or programs those are designed and executed mainly for the health sectors however these are much likely to be in the sector such as in education, employment and housing etc. In order to capture the differential affects and values of the interventions different processes are there which are needed to be changed. The aim of the research is to identify those policies which might resolve the heath care oriented issues with a minimum cost and limited time baseline as well. It will help the project manager to develop a proper action plan for the population health intervention. From the variety of discipline systematic inquiry approach can be developed and forwarded as well. Additionally the action plans are developed for
- To identify the maternal and infant health oriented issues
- To investigate the behavioral risk factors and planned approaches for the key strategies those are used to deploy the community health functionalities
- To develop accurate action plan for mitigating the risks associated to Population health intervention
The services of population health intervention could be enhanced by facilitating the research translation and expansion of the collaboration efforts. However, for the enhancement of the services, the rationale of the project is to develop action plan for the infant and maternal patient’s health issues. It will help to investigate the behavioral risk factors and planned approaches for the development of the healthcare oriented key strategies.

In order to measure the health promotional impacts a proper guide is needed to guide the impact evaluation for integrating the health promotion properly. In order to evaluate the impact of healthcare promotional activities it is necessary for the project manager to consider certain proactive strategies and the strategies are as follows:
- Identifying the impact indicators those are to be used
- For the impact indicator establishment of target level
- Identification of information those are to be collected
Background and rationale
Different factors are there those will expect to influence the healthcare services. The leading purpose of the study is to identify the factors those are necessary for the project developers to consider. The Population healthcare Intervention is characterized by a strongest public sector components. The public healthcare services are completed completely by the private sectors. The developed healthcare delivery system is completely structured into three different levels.
The first layer of the structure is Ministry of health and medical education whereas; the second level of the system is district health hospitals. On the other hand, the third level of the system is the provincial health centers and the speciality hospital. All the workers associated to the project and their dependents are completely insured by Social Security Organization (SSO). Not only has this but they received healthcare services completely change free in the SSO facilities.
The quality of the services served by the business organizations have completely become an increasing predominant part of the daily human lives. The consumers of the business processes are looking continuously for quality products and services. The existence of the desire for the quality has caused firms and organizations throughout the world, for considering it as a very much essential components of any services and the production process. In order to gain competitive advantages from the market another important component is required to be considered as a strategic differentiator tool. Again, in order to improve the quality throughout the
The action plan developed for the completion of the project it is necessary for the project manager to define and measure the health care service quality much efficiently. Due to intangible and subjective nature of the healthcare service quality it is little difficult to define it. It is necessary for the project manager and other involved person to define the prior to purchase and consumption as well. Quality healthcare service is a subjective, multidimensional as well as complex concept for the project developer. In order to resolve the issue of infant and maternal health issues, it is necessary for the project manager and finance manager to consider certain distinguished quality including technical quality, interpersonal, amenities. With the help of the technical quality the effectiveness of production level care could even be achieved properly. However, in order to implement the proposed action plan it is necessary for the project manger to hire expert and leaders. Based on the components of current healthcare systems, long term savings and better care and regulatory reforms are also needed to be developed by the project manager. The medical technologies, wireless technologies and non medical technologies will help to prevent the healthcare level complications. However, in the initial phase, proper understanding is needed to make discriminated medical care processes.

The names of the stakeholders associated to the project are project manager, operational manager, Application programming manager, system analyst, HR manager, project sponsors and finance manager.
For this particular project the project manager is responsible to monitor project progress and from proper monitoring the action plan developers will get to know about the required changes those should brought in the system. The most important role is played by the project manager and thus the estimated budget is rated highest i.e, $12.00/hr for the project manager.

On the other hand, the finance manager is another responsible person who is mainly responsible to measure whether the project is feasible or not. It is the duty of the finance manager to adjust the tasks and resources in such a way so that the individual activities could complete easily and within estimated budget as well. On the other hand, the estimated budget for the application programming manager is $8.00/hr, because he is responsible to develop the, action plan in more advanced way. With the help of this action plan the issues of maternal and infant health oriented issues would be completely minimized and reduced. However, for this particular project the budget is over rates that are beyond the standard rate. Again, the system analysts of the healthcare project are responsible to analyze the developed three level systems for minimizing the health oriented issues of infant and maternal. The rate estimated for the project sponsor is $8.00/hr and if they serve overtime then the extra budget that is going to be estimated in $.40/hr. Again the Human Resource (HR) manager is responsible to manage all the employees associated to the health care oriented project and its corresponding action plan. With the help of developed action plan all the issues of maternal and infant health oriented issues would be completely minimized.
Conclusion
From the overall discussion it can be concluded that in order to mitigate the issues related to population health intervention. After analyzing the health care oriented problems, proper goals and aims are required to be developed by the development team. It has been defined that, proper planning strategies for the evaluation of the project objective are also very much important. It will help the project manager to accomplish the requirement of the patients. Only an appropriate action plan could help the business to resolve the issues of maternal and infant health. In order to establish the action plan appropriate budget is needed to be developed however based on the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders the budget is estimated and allotted for different resource manager. As, the project manager needs to plan the most important role thus, the highest amount of budget is allotted for the role of the project manager. On the other hand, the finance manager is responsible to measure that whether the project is feasible or not. However, after the successful implementation of the project, it is defined that the project is feasible and the developed actions plans and the estimated budget are also feasible in nature. The developed project proposal will help the project manager to gain effective revenue and measurable success throughout. On the other hand, the proper strategies are also evaluated based on the background and rationale. It will help the project manager and finance manager to resolve the issues of Population Health Intervention. Even, the anticipated significance and proposed timelines are also evaluated in this proposed report.
