Identify two stakeholders for three sessions
This report has reflected the key understanding on the adult learning session to increase the knowledge of students and other stakeholders. It is evaluated that adult learning session is very important part to increase the overall understanding of people with their working and personal lives. There are various stakeholders as students, Society and couples to take adult learning sessions. This report reflects the need of two stakeholders’ needs and wants for this adult learning session. After that, evaluation tools and technique such as questionnaire, interview, observation and forms are taken to evaluate the learning outcomes and implement proper adult learning session. Afterward, in the end, conclusion has been drawn to showcase how stakeholders in adult learning session could increase the overall knowledge and practical working program.
The adult learning session would be to impart the information related to gender equality in society and business economic at large. In this adult learning session, there will be several stakeholders who will attend the session such as students, society and couples. It is evaluated that two main stakeholders of this adult learning session would be students and couples.

These stakeholders could increase their standard of living and learning styles while attending adult learning session. However, while implementing adult learning session, data could be collected through questionnaire and different survey from different respondents.
There are several stakeholders who could attend adult learning session for the betterment of their living and learning styles from the conducted subject matter of the adult learning session. These stakeholders face several problems and threats while living their lives. It is observed that proper level of use of evaluation tool will increase the effectiveness of adult training session (Foo, et al, 2014).
Students and couples- These are persons who takes sessions to improve their adult lives and couple relations. Students who have crossed the age of 18 years need to identify the importance of these sessions to improve their life styles. Ideally, couples take this adult learning session for improving their relations and living with their partners. Therefore, adult learning session should be conducted in proper systematic and following sophisticated manner (Park, et al, 2015).

These adult learning session given above has shown that people needs to learn each other’s perception first. It will help in understanding the each other’s behaviour in effective manner. The basis important fact in this learning session will increase the education part of society. The standard of living and help them to evaluate all the pros and cons of their living. Adult learning session could be arranged through conducting seminars or online channels for the betterment of society (Vedamurthy, et al. 2015). The first learning session will help in maintain and improving the personal relation. After that second learning session will suggest the way through which people could mitigate relation issues in significant manner. Third learning session has shown how core values could be developed while maintaining effective learning session.
Identify at least two stakeholder needs
There are several evaluation tools which could be used for collecting the data from the stakeholders to formulate adult learning sessions that meet stakeholder’s (s’) needs and wants such as questionnaire, Cluster and stratified sample survey.
Questionnaire- It is the developed form which is used to collect the multiple-choice data from the stakeholders. For instance, forms filled with various questions will be given to people in society and filled by them as per their choices. However, information collected through questionnaire could be used to customize the training and learning session for the betterment of stakeholders and learning and increasing their standard of living. This questionnaire will be used to identify the factors which are causing problems in adult lives and how these problems could be mitigated (Banaszkiewicz, 2014).
Observation- It is the primary method to collect the information directly from the stakeholders. In this tool, proper drawbacks and learning outcomes of adult learning sessions could be gathered for the further improvement. However, with this primary tool, the organization needs to use camera or self-presence to learn various aspects of stakeholders in adult learning session. This observation tool helps teacher and other observers that stakeholders are learning good things from the conducted session
These both tools have been used in these three learning sessions to identify all the pros and cons of these adult learning programs.
There are two evaluation tools, which could be used by the organization to develop an effective learning sessions for the adults for the betterment of their lives. These two tools named observation and questionnaire. Observation is the most important evaluation tool, which is used to gather the required amount of information such as understanding adults (s’) needs and wants and their inclination towards a particular training session. It is observed that while using observation tool, examiners needs to evaluate the person’s behaviour and watch them closely. This will showcase what type of adult training session they want to take and where they need to make improvement in their present lives. (Nieveen, & Folmer, 2013). This observation tools is used to collect the information from students who comes in connections. It is accompanied by several questions and multiple choice details which could be used by organizations to collect the details from the clients. It is further observed that by using questionnaire, organization could collect the required amount of details from the stakeholders (Diamond, Horn, & Uttal, 2016). However, with the help of questionnaire, organization could customise their adult learning sessions as per the needs and wants of stakeholders therefore, it could be inferred that two evaluation tools are observation and questionnaire which could be used in adult learning session to gauge the learning of stakeholders throughout the time. Nonetheless, the questionnaire will give post behaviour of stakeholders with the particular questions. On the other hand, present behaviour and their reciprocate approach could be done by using observation tool by examiners in adult learning session, (Wieringa, 2014). Observation tool will provide the clear view points of the students on the adult life and the problems couples face in their marriage life.

This above evaluation tool for conducting proper level of adult training and development session will provide effective level of training procedure and outcomes for the betterment of adult’s (s’) lives. However, it is observed that if organization wants to conduct proper level of training and development session then it will have to collect all the required amount of information from the adults and has to customise its developed training and development session in determined approach (Gertler, et al. 2016).
In addition to this, these two tools will have used to collect required information from the concerned person in adult learning sessions. It will increase the overall learning effectiveness of the people and proper outcomes in adult learning sessions.
Conclusion
Adult learning sessions provides the way through which stakeholders could mitigate possible problems and hurdles in their personal and professional lives. However, three sessions implemented will give idea the changing factors and how stakeholders could improve their present lives.
