Communication Plan
According to Muszynska et al. (2015), the project communication plan is developed for forming an integration of the requirements and operations of the organization for developing the effective and improved control of project. The project of Riverina Agriculture and Lifestyle Show would involve the requirement of developing the effective and improved operations in the organization. The implication of the project would deploy the use of the system integration for carrying out the involvement of the operations. As opined by Guzzi et al. (2013), the deployment of the effective processing would divulge the development of the effective communication. The Riverina Agriculture and Lifestyle Show project would anticipate the deployment of the communication for forming the effective control of operations.
Kaufman et al. (2014) have pointed that the communication plan serves the purpose of the effective and improved system development and it would form the improvement of the operations to implement the existence of the improvement plan. The communication plan is required in the project for developing the effective processing. The requirements of the communication plan are,
- To integrate the development of the operations and form the improvement of the system formation for employing the effective information processing
- To deploy the supplementary information development and formation of the effective development
- To divide the working operations among the team members of the project for ensuring the supplementary development of the operations
- To form the analysis of the project development concerns for project and communicating them to the involved stakeholders
The benefits of making an effective project management plan are for forming the sufficient improvement plan (Heagney, 2016). The deployment of the integrated system operations would ensure that project would be formed for critical evaluation of the ongoing operations and deploy the factors for the determination of the project progress. The progress would be conveyed to the respective stakeholders. The development of the operations would form the improvement of the system formation for employing the effective information processing and the supplementary information processing (Alexandra-Mihaela & Danut, 2013). The communication would divide the working operations among the team members of the project for ensuring the supplementary development of the operations. The deployment of the project integration would involve the sufficient integration of the operations. The processing of the information would involve the development of the system integration for the development of the operations. As explained by Muszynska et al. The verbal communication would involve the development of strategies and supply the cohesive solution to the communication. The verbal communication is implied for the development of the integration of the operations for financial and operational data analysis. The communication would deploy the processing of the information and developing the flow of information. For example- board meetings, telephonic calls, and other means of communication.
Written Communication- The written communication is developed for forming the effective flow of operations and integrates the analysis of the supplementary communication. The written communication would deploy the development of the processing and it would involve the development of the effective communication in the organization. The various reports and documents would involve the development of the project integration management. It is very important for ensuring that the development of the project would form the feed for analysis of the tools and methods for effective communication. The communication would be possible by applying the development functions.

I have studied the case study of the Riverina Agriculture and Lifestyle Show and develop the analysis of the effective and improved operations. The communication process is implied for development of cohesive and improved processing. The communication would improve the development of the system development and formation of the synthetic and improvised processing. The study had processed the development of the improvement strategy for implying the safety of operations. I used the communication matrix for evaluating the development of the effective operations to form the employment of the operations and processes. It would help in integrating the operations for forming the conveyance of the development models and integration of the operations. I have realized that the communication management plan would integrate the development of the operations and form the improvement of the system formation for employing the effective information processing. It would also help to deploy the supplementary information development and formation of the effective development and divide the working operations among the team members of the project for ensuring the supplementary development of the operations. I compared the verbal and written communication for forming the analysis of the improvement system development. The study had helped me to form the inference that the written process is very important for ensuring that the development of the project would form the feed for analysis of the tools and methods for effective communication. On the other hand the verbal communication is implied for the development of the integration of the operations for financial and operational data analysis.
