BC hydro, the concerned company for the report has taken steps to undertake different steps to bring in changes in the systems for their efficient functioning as per the needs of its improvements in the competitive market scenario. The result based leadership and application of the transformational servant leadership approach has brought in alterations in the systems and the structure of the business. The report enumerates capabilities of the organization for bringing in modifications in systems through enumeration of certain risk factors. Identification of the needs of the organization to bring in improvements is backed by the capabilities of the same.
Purpose of the report is to explore different characteristics of leadership and manner in which leadership approaches affects performance and improvements of the organization. Enumeration of the result based model and the understanding of impact of Transformational servant based leadership will be helping businesses to improve.
The application of the Results Based model on the Transformational Servant Leaders has helped the organization BC hydro to bring in changhes in the ssyttems and the functioning of the business in the markets. According to Carter et al. (2013), the application of the result based model will be helping organizatiosn to identify the objectives of the bsuiness that will be inmfluencing businesses to bring in improvements in the systems. The result based model is a management strategy, which helps organizatiosn to identify the different feedbacks and thereby synchronize the inputs and the proceses to contribute to the outputs of the buisness. The different outputs of the organization is dependent on the processes that are undertaken by the leaders and the manner in which they motivate the workforce to bring in changes in the systemns and the functioning of the bsuiness (Bchydro., 2018).

The organization, BC Hydro¸ serves around 1.8 million customers in most of the canadian regions except for certain areas like the city of New Westminster and the Kootenay region. It has helped in understanding the progression that is undertaken by the bsuiness which depends on the identification of the needs of the customers (Bchydro, 2018). The identification of the different proceses and the inputs that are required for the smooth functioning of the business facilitated in maintaining the standards of the organization as per the legislation of the nation. The company has imposed the Standards of the Conduct policy to monitor over the policies that are framed by the organization and their proper functioning. The policy has helped in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business in the international markets.
