In every organization it is very important to make accurate decisions in a calculative manner that will benefit the organization. They have to analyse factors that determine before taking a decision that will benefit the organization. The study will discuss about the importance of ERP (enterprise resource planning) and AI (accounting information system) and how they benefit the organization. To maintain a proper decision making strategy in organizations they have to analyse the factors very prominently and make sure that they are using their best skills that will benefit the organization and help them to expand. The combination of ERP and AI helps the organization to make judicious decision that benefits the organization to take decision that are beneficial to it. The ERP helps to process the information and integrates them to streamline the information and process them. Every organization has to take proper initiative to determine their decision making, thus the ERP and AI system helps them to do so. The requirement for proper ERP system is there for every organization and it must be implemented in every organization for a better outcome (Kilic, Zaim and Delen 2015). This study will discuss about the organization Austrade and how the decision making of the company can be benefitted with the implementation of these system. It will also discuss about the software required, evaluation of efficiency, security risk and the ways to mitigate the risks.
Definition of business process:
The Austrade Company is famous for providing advice to the exporters about the opportunities and risks related to the trading market in the targeted companies. They help the exporters with relevant information that will help them to trade in the international market. The company is an agency for the Australian government’s trade and education program (Nwankpa and Roumani 2014). They have a combination of information that will help the companies to export and trade with the international market. The work as a guide to the companies by giving them relevant information and assist the company who are interested to transact business in the foreign market. the scope of this company is not limited to the national companies only, they provide information across the sea and helps the international companies to know about the foreign nations and scope to transact in those nations (Madhan, Kalaiselvi and Donald 2017). They must maintain a proper communication system and good relationship with the companies to transact their business with the national and international companies.

Development of business requirement:
However, like any other organization this organization also has few areas that has a gap to be filled. The company also faces few issues when it comes to their hierarchical structure. The organization faces a major problem when it comes to decision making of their own system. The company who helps other organization with relevant information’s to determine their decision making are facing severe problems when it comes to decision making of their own organization. The employees in the company does not get equal right to express their own view or thoughts that might be beneficial to the organization (IMAGE, CIO and VAN BOXSEL). the decision of the company is completely dependent on the superior level workers and managers. The workers of the lower range do not get a proper chance to express their views or share their ideas with the organization.
The company must focus on this issue to maintain peace in the organization. there employees might be adjusting for a certain period of time, however, if the work culture is continued in this manner then there are high chances that the company will be facing internal chaos (Gibbs et al. 2015). This is possible only if the company is taking initiative to improve their strategy to for a well -structured communicative system in the organization. The company should be focusing to reduce the gap between the higher and lower level of workers to improve the quality of production, increase the production, motivate the workers and improve the condition inside the organization. The company should arrange for situation when the workers can discuss about their personal thoughts about the possible risk and opportunities of the company. The workers can discuss about their innovative and creative thoughts about the organization that will help them to grow and create better scope for development.

The system requirement to use the system must consider few things such as:
Developing a workshop guide: a workshop guide includes preparing a result of the conduct that has recorded the participants review. The guide must be created and delivered to the attendees which contains the tasks that the workers need to do. The selection of the system becomes easier if this is done as it contains all the requirement that helps the attendees to select the system requirement.
Allocating adequate timing for requirement gathering: the workshop takes a time period of two to three hours. The organization should make sure that they are assuming some extra timing so that if there is a need for extra timing there is no requirement for break up sessions that will break the flow of the session. The extended time will help to continue the session in a single day instead of conducting follow up sessions.

Involving the correct person:the company should involve the correct person for sharing thoughts. The person who has experience and is capable of providing correct information and expertise idea must be included. They can understand the situation better than any other person and can guide the selection in the correct process (Mori et al. 2015).
Arranging for sessions with the ERP consultants to decide about the key decisions:It is very vital to take proper guidance from the consultants to get a proper idea about the requirements for the situation. This will help to analyse and understand the requirements in a professional manner thus helping the organization to take justified decisions.

There are many software that are used to meet the requirements and introduce the ERP system in an organization. However, for this system the software that will be required is Infor Visual. This software has to capacity to make a complex process to a simple one. This system helps to use the information in an easy manner. This system speeds up the process as they enables the orders to be visibleat a single glance and this includes speed, efficiency and delay.It helps the manufacturer and help them to create and delivery product of high quality on given time and also to produce creative and unique inventory controls (Gao et al. 2017). This system helps in cross selling, maintenance of multiple location for retailers when combined with SQL. The system will be suitable for the organization as it can process a huge amount of data at a short span of time and it can also transform a complex data to a simple one.

- Efficient quality control: they allow to enforce a variety of test procedure to ensure that the quality is of premium range and the manufactured products are as per the expected quality.
- On time product delivery: this system makes sure that the products are delivered on time. They are also highly concerned about customer satisfaction. The system uses a schedule to measure the delivery date and capacity of their floor.
- Full SQL power scalability: the entrance of SQL in the system helps the user to enter the data and make the database scalable. They can enter multiple records, currency at a time.
- Hybrid solution: the software works with Microsoft window and Infor 10x tech stack. This helps the external cloud automation for global mobility. Thus the system can be used form any part.
- Configuration management: this helps the users to display the price, control product by the user, initiate upselling product. They can also create master to reduce the lead time and reduce the error automatically.

Increase in profit: the system helps to create a schedule that helps the organization to schedule the entire working system. This helps the organization to estimate the areas where and how they can make the required changes. The ERP system will help the organization to understand their areas of flaw and gap and thus make required changes accordingly. This will help to improve the conditionof the company thus increasing the sale and profit margin of the company.
On time product delivery: the delivery of the product that includes service, product and information is delivered to the resource at the correct time (Dholakia et al. 2014). The company is assured that they are using the perfect mode for delivering their product and are serving the customer at their best level. This system helps the organization to speed up the entire process of production and management thus resulting to an on time delivery system. The system that is highly beneficial for taking decision at the exact time is capable of taking fast action and immediate measures for every activity by the organization.

The level of efficiency is automatically uplifted ifthe technical and management standard of the organization is well maintained. The organization that was facing problem due to lack of proper communication measures among each other will be able to communicate, share and exchange thoughts that might be beneficial to the organization growth. Austrade was supposed to give relevant advice to other companies whereas they lack the communication factor in themselves only. They required proper management system that enhanced equality among each and every worker in the organization. This technology will help the organization to build a better scope for development and management system.

The system can face few risk such as:
Operational risk: the operational risk involves the behaviour of the workers who operates the system and if there is any negative intention in their mind, it will affect the organization in a negative way.
Technical risk: the technical failure in the organization can lead to a problem in supporting this system. The system is highly dependent on the technical area and thus it has to be maintained in a proper manner (Agik).
Outdated software: the old version of the software will integrate with the latest versions. Thus the company has to make sure they are using the latest software else the entire system can be affected or the software might crash.
Organizational risk: the use of this technology might have some impact on the IT house experts. The system is highly dependent on the IT employees of the organization. If there is any negative intention of these employees that can affect the organization in a negative way.
- Guidelines to meet the challenges:
- They must use safe and updated software that will help the organization to regulate the system without any hesitation. The software’s are often back dated and this might crash the entire system. Thus to prevent such issues the company must use updated versions and safe software.
- The workers should cross check the data that have been used. This will help to identify the flaws before it creates any problem. This will help the organization from facing any severe issues.
- There should regularly check the system to prevent any hacker to use the software or leak the information from the organization. Many times there are vital and confidential information’s stored in the system. If these information’s are leaked it can be a threat to the organization.

Thus, to conclude it can be said that this information system that has been discussed in the study is highly effective to resolve the issue that has been faced by the organization. Austrade. The system will help the organization to meet the challenges faced by the company. However the company should make sure that they are using the best system for themselves to help the other companies with proper guidance and information. The study has shown how the information will help them to meet the challenges. It has also discussed about the possible risks that might be faced by the company, however the study has also implemented the possible way outs to meet the risks and maintain an effective culture in the company.
