The Cloud Systems
The concept of the Ebusiness is one of the most new and advance technology that have been taking the market of the business. With the rise of the ecommerce there is a need of more advanced systems that cope up the load of the ecommerce. One of the major solution for this is the use of the cloud architecture. The cloud can be explained as the practice of using the network or the internet for the process of the remotely hosting data, manage data in a personal or business level instead of using the local storage systems (Rittinghouse and Ransome 2016). This can be called as one of the most secured and advanced form of the storage systems. This paper provides some information about using the cloud based hosting. The paper also describes why this is one of the most secured thing to be used and why the organisation must consider for using the cloud system.
In the modern generation the use of the cloud system is one of the most important thing that must be introduced in any form of the business. Using the older technologies like the PEAS, COTS are not a solution for the organisation these days. The problems with the older technology is that there are not enough changes made in the system and hence cannot take excess pressure of the increasing length of the organisation. AS the organization is having a load of more the 700 servers the cloud architecture can be very much useful. The goal of the orgasaition in operating in for low costs with the all the 700+ servers is something can be easily solved with the use of the cloud as an architecture (Almorsy, Grundy and Müller 2016). The possible scenarios that the company can take up for the process of the execution of the goals that are set by the organisation are:
The First major option for the organisation is to use the legacy system and use the proprietary software for the purpose of the expanding the organisation. This is one of the most useful system developed by the IBM. It uses the IBM iSeries AS/400 and uses IBM DB2 proprietary database software (Gai et al. 2016). The major problems with these solution is that the process of changing the hardware is very much expensive process and needs long time. In this case it will cost high maintains cost which will not only increase the budget of the organisation but will also take huge amount of time. The legacy software that might be used by the organisation is one of the most secured thing as it is a vendor lock software. But the major problem in this is the hardware life span is shorter and hence increases the budget of the organisation. The use of the cloud is one of the best solution as this can help all the problems and also reduces the maintenance cost of the servers. The use of the SAP is also one of the major problem for the organisation as the concept of the SAP is an older technology and have been used by decades. In order to attract new customers in the organisation needs to implement something more technologically advanced things so that there are less chances of errors (Avram 2014). The use of the modern technology like the cloud will also increase the productivity of the organisation. Hence it can be said that the use of the cloud solution is likely to be more simple and efficient for the organisation to operate. Also the use of the cloud can help the organisation to make it more employee friendly.
Legacy Software & Proprietary Solution
The second option for the organisation is to develop a specialised and customised solution for the purpose of meeting the needs of the organisation. As the organisation is having a huge stock of the engineered the cost of the building a new architecture specially designed for the use of the organisation is easily achievable. But the major concerns with these system will be the variety of the machines that are used for the operation in the organisation. The organization not only uses the windows system in the daily basis but also uses the Linux and the MAC systems. Hence the variety of applications have to be developed for the operations regularly. The organisation further uses the technologies lien the Apache Tomcat server, MySQL DB software, with ASP .NET to handle transactions and reporting. Hence the organisation have to search for experts how have knowledge in all these fields and hence this will increase the cost of the transactions. Further this systems uses the local servers as the databases for the purpose of the storing of the data of the customers. The cost of the maintenance of these servers are huge and hence the organisation needs to hire advanced. Also the problems in the data bases can be like the data redundancy, data integrity needs to be dealt with (Carlin and Curran 2013). The organisation needs to take care of the things like the using the various different kinds of the databases for the purpose of the regular work. Hence it can increase the amount of the work and the consumption of the money in a very significant manner. Thus it is suggested to use the technology of the cloud for the regular operations. As with the use of the clid there are no chances of the data redundancy and data integrity. Also there are no chances of the loss of the data. Also the cloud architectures are designed in such manner that that it is accessible from all the platforms like the windows, MAC, Linux and others. Hence the organisation need not to worry about the different types of the software’s for the regular processes. It will also make the working environment more user friendly and more customers will be attracted towards the organisation increasing the revenue of the organization. Hence it is suggested for the use of the cloud system as the primary architecture of the organisation.
The third solution is the use of the cloud for the purpose of the hosting the entire organisation work. The cloud computing services provide hosting on virtual servers which pull computing resource from extensive underlying networks of physical web servers. Hence it can be said that it is one of the most secured and advanced system that can be used by the organization for3 the regular work. Some of the major benefits of using the cloud hosting are, the hosting servers are very much expandable. Currently the organisation is using more than 700 system and servers for the regular works (Chen et al. 2016). With the introduction of the cloud architecture the when there will be an increase in the systems and the servers. It will not be a problems for the cloud servers to handle all the traffic. Cloud hosting is widely seen as a better option to shared hosting because of its ability to handle large amounts of traffic, its improved security protection, and its reliability (Xia et al. 2016). However, these extras do come at a cost, and most cloud hosting options are more expensive than shared hosting plans. The cloud based systems will also help the organisation in reducing the challenges that are being faced by the organisation currently. The use of the internet tools is not an option for the developers of the organisation. The internet tools decreases the security of the organisation and also makes the system slow for the regular operations. But with the use of the cloud system this is not an option that is with the use of the cloud servers all the machines and are directly connected to sever and the process of the exchanging of the information reduces. Although the organisation have to make a onetime purchase of the cloud servers which can cost the organisation heavily but this will reduce the other costs of the organisation. Some of the problems that the employees of the organisation are concerned with are the security aspect of the serves. It must be said that the cloud servers like the Google Drive, ICloud are some of the most secured servers in the world. Personal information as well as the organisational information are very much secured in this systems. Some of the other problems that might be faced by the organisation in the process of the implementing the cloud servers are the customisations required would involve additional outlay. But this problem can be easily solved with the help of the SAAS and the PAAS platform. The Precipitation Payroll service not only provides with some of the best solution. In addition to the standard payroll options this service helps the organisation in calculation different other things like the location, employee role pay rate comparison and benefits management. Also they provide the free maintenance. The use of the cloud helps further in the process of the management of the data. The cloud systems are able to analysis every data properly hence the chances of the data redundancy is very much low. Thus helping in the process of the data integrity. It must be said that with the use of the cloud servers the organization will attract huge number of customers as well as increase the profits.
Developing a Custom Solution
The forth option that is available with the organization is the use for the hybrid system. The hybrid system uses the process of all the systems of the legacy software, cloud based-hosted suite solution and the developed of the organisational custom based solutions. This can be one of the most costly thing for the organization but this can also help the organization in reduces the problem of all the three segments for the purpose of the development (Botta et al. 2016).

Source: (Botta et al. 2016).
The hybrid system can use the property of using the proprietary software for the machines and the servers of the systems. Further can introduce self-developed software for the specifically working for the organization and merge this systems with the cloud interface. This will help the organization in the development of the solution like the problems of the legacy software will decrease. The use of the self-developed software can help in the process of the incrsing the customer satisfaction and will reduce the cost of the buying and maintaining of the other software. And for the purpose of the storing the data of the organisation there can be used the process of the cloud servers, this will decrease the cost of the high values of the local storages. For the purpose of the storing the data of the employees and the personal information the use of the local servers can be easily made. Thus it can be said that the use of the hybrid solution is one of the best option for the organisation in order to achieve the goal of reducing the costs of the organisation and increase the growth in a much planned manner.
Conclusion:
Thus concluding the topic it can be said that the use of the modern technology like the cloud is one of the must do thing for any organisation to sustain in the market. The cloud servers have reduced the cost of the maintaining huge number of the local storages for the purpose of storing the data. Also using of the hybrid systems is one of the major thing that can be implemented. The use of the hybrid software and databases helps in the process of the maintaining all the aspects as required by the organization and hence reducing the cost of the regular work. As of the legacy software the use these are becoming obsolete and using these software have become a burden to the organisation. Hence it is suggested that the hybrid solution can be used for the purpose of the achieving the goal of increasing the number of the customers and reducing the cost in order to achieve maximum profit in business.
