Project Objective
The following we bought is based on the technique of Cloud computing which is a Martin day information technology system used in the story and processing of the variety of information without intervention manual labor over the internet. The different business organizations can access the information from the privately owned or third party best loud service solutions that are presenting some other locations. The aim of the research is to derive the advantages and disadvantages of the cloud computer software implementation and integration into the business environment. The following research will help the readers to gain an idea about all the different processes about the cloud computing software send the technology on with the cloud computing heads the business to get you out there daily activities. The technological advancements in business can take reward but you do lazing the concept of load computing. Businesses getting transform to smooth and sophisticated farms you the farms with a help of Cloud computing. How about from processing and storage the cloud computing technology also have provides the secured platform for all information of the organization.
The primary objective of the report is to analyze and find out the impact up cloud computing in the day business environment (Chang 2015).
The secondary of the following report are;
- To determine Cloud computing as a tool for reducing the risk and increasing the profit of the business.
- To find out the benefits and disadvantages of Cloud computing in modern day business.
- To determine and analyze weather the cloud computing system meets the requirements of the business unit.
- To provide a proper recommendation on the renovation and maintenance of the system that will help to manage the business more effectively.
The scope of the project is huge and it caters to the need of almost all startup companies to the big business organizations as per the requirements of the business and the operations cost of the business. The project always has a specific time period for its completition and thus it has some special limitations;
- Short time period
- A short and unspecific literature review was provided to the researcher
- The absence of primary source of information was critical as the researcher had to heavily depend on secondary source of information
- Differences in the requirements of different companies also increased the scope of the research.
In this section of the report the researcher has in detail reviewed the use and the pros and cons of cloud computing software in the business environment. Cloud computing has a variety of advantages that helps it to be one of the most sought after solutions in the modern business enterprises. The researcher has also discussed about the cons of cloud computing that is believed to be a major hurdle in the business environment (Bitam et al. 2015). To make the research more reliable and accurate the researcher has also added the safety measures that are needed to be followed while using the cloud based computing systems. The major reasons for the addition of such different types of elements and factors related to the cloud computing services makes the research more effective and flawless.

According to Leyman, cloud computing refers to the use of a network that is based on some remote servers hosted over the internet. The software is used for storage of the information in different places that are accessible by the users. The places include hard drives, laptops, desktops and other computing devices used by the service users (Rittinghouse and Ransome 2016). The main use of the cloud computing devices lies on its feature to both store and process the information in the internet itself. Maintaining a cloud based software system in the company helps the management of the company to keep a proper database of the company for using it in different ways.
The following technology was first used in as early as the 1990’s when a handful of technical experts and some of the technical executives of Compaq Computers hatched the idea of the cloud computing (Fernando et al. 2013). Compaq developed the cloud computing system which was just capable of storing the information and did not have the provision for processing it further. The passage of time increased the use of cloud computing and gradually the technology became an integral part of the total system. The additional features of cloud computing was developed as cloud computing was slowly integrated into using the applications, management of the information of the organization, providing a secured process of data storage and many more as such (Arora et al. 2013). The advancements in the technological process slowly forced the other leading information technology companies to adopt the new system software for their use. The main advantage of using the cloud computing devices as well as software is to retain the information within the organization. This helps the organization to access the important information at any point of time.
Some of the main uses of cloud computing services are;
- Infrastructure as a service and Platform as a service-The companies prefer to use a pay per use scheme for using the present infrastructure of the company. This helps the companies to save on the cost of investment to acquire, maintain and manage the different IT infrastructure. On the other hand PAAS is used to increase the speed development on a ready to use platform to deploy applications (Almorsy et al. 2016).
- Private cloud and Hybrid cloud-There are a lot of different incentives that are provided by the companies to use the cloud system. However among the vast majority of such different systems two of the main situations are generally preferred by the organizations (Li et al. 2013). One of them being the private cloud and the other being the hybrid cloud. The test and development process may be limited in time but the adoption of the hybrid system helps to test the application workloads which in turn helps to provide the application of the workloads and therefore provides a initial investment that could have been useless on the failure of the workload.
- Test and development-The cloud computing system must be used in a test and development environment to test its effectiveness before integrating in the system of the company. The test environment consists of installation and configuration of your platform, setting up the environment with the help of the physical assets, significant manpower and timing. The evolution of cloud computing has been helpful for the company in a number of ways (Wei et al. 2014). The cloud computing environments helps the organization to smoothly carry out the daily operations of the business.
- Analysis of the large information-The large scale information is stored and processed with the help of cloud computing environment (Chang 2015). The retailers and suppliers extract the data that are derived from the buying patterns of the consumers. Social networking platforms are providing analytics on behavioral patterns that the organizations use to derive the meaningful information that is needed for running the business smoothly (Bitam et al. 2015).
- File Storage-As mentioned earlier file storage is one of the most important use of the cloud computing system. File storage helps the organization to store all the necessary documents in the system for both present and future references.
What is Cloud Computing and what are its advantages and disadvantages?
- Do you think cloud computing to be a successful IT solution for the companies in the coming future?
- Is the reduction of manual labor a positive change or a negative change?
Qualitative Research is the type of research that is involved in the use of unreliable and unstructured information sources and information, collection of different methods and careful observations. It also includes the conduction of the research interviews, performing surveys and collecting information from some documents. Basically it is that kind of research that can be said to be a theoretical form of research involving a detailed analysis of the necessary documents. The readers will be well aware of the origin of the research, the date of occurrence, the topic of the research and the collection of the research methods. Some of the steps in this particular kind of research include;
- Deciding the research topic
- Preparation of the research
- Preparation of the research Questionnaire and giving special attention to it
- Conducting the literature review of the research
- Evaluating the need for such a research whether it is needed or not
- Identifying the sample size
- Preparing the methodology of the research or the methods or procedures on how the research is completed
- Analysis of the information
Literature Review
Sampling refers to the collection of data from a selected group of participants on whom an interview is conducted. The opinion of these selected few is taken into consideration while preparing the research. The researcher has selected a sample size of 60 individuals from different organizations consisting mainly of employees and managers.
Quantitative research on the other hand refers to the use of objective statistical measurements involving complex mathematical and numerical analysis of the information collected through the sampling procedures. The steps in such a research are;
- Identification of the research problem
- Review of the literary sources
- Analyzing the theoretical framework
- Methodology
- Discussion of results
- Conclusion
The research conducted by the researcher has been successful in achieving all the main aims and objectives of the research. However a little bit extra effort could have produced a much better research. The shortage of time has compelled the researcher to shorten the scope of the project as many of the necessary elements of the project topic has been omitted. The use of limited number of references, depiction of less number of advantages and disadvantages, omission of minute details from research journals have took a toll on the project as it could have made the project more compact in nature. There is also an absence of important statistics like proper estimation of the number and segmentation of cloud computing frameworks of the different organizations. The research thus has lots of ground for improvement.
