Possible side effects are also proposed on the use of digital technology like increase in amount of stress and several others. Several tests and researches are proposed which need to be made in order to examine the risks and unexpected results on the use of digital technology in the organization.

This article was based on the evidence based findings of Strategic Communication Planning (SCP) and also relates the implementation of SCP to a federal agency and expressed it as an innovative idea (Weber et al., 2015). It focuses on the challenges of implementation of SCP, theory on this change, Activities, examples and results after implication of SCP.
It is an innovative approach towards the system change by implementing communication strategy in an organization. Stakeholders should promote the new change towards implementing new communication strategy for the organization and should also engage early for this implementation. This will help them to talk openly about the challenges faced in the organization and also gives moment to celebrate the wins. Leaders of the new agencies should come ahead and approach SCP in order to make it the “process to be improved on”.

Based on the above report it can be concluded that implementing this new and innovative idea of introducing information and technology within the organization will change the way of communication between the organization and the employees. This will be more efficient, smooth and effective medium as compared to the traditional ways. There are a lot of benefits of the innovation but there are also some disadvantages of this implementation which are discussed on few articles above which may affect the performance of an organization in negative manner. This will help the project managers to coordinate between all the employees and ne trainees who have joined the organization and solve their issues and appreciate them to put forward their innovations which can be profitable for the organization.
