These in short are some of the major reasons for the success as well as the popularity gained by the organization under consideration in the recent times. It is also seen that the organization under discussion is trying to follow the “path of globalization” and expand into the other nations of the world.
The “competitive world of business it is seen that the various business organizations take the help of various kinds of organizational structures” in order to operate their business in a much better manner (Grant et al. 2014). Furthermore, many scholars are of the opinion that the structure of a particular business organization should be in synchronization with the “needs as well as the requirements and also the goals and the objectives which the concerned business organization has set out to achieve” (Grant et al. 2014). The organization “Alliance Airlines also takes the help of the concept of leadership for the process of the effective management of the organization” and also for the purpose of effectively motivating the diverse entities related to the business organization (Akamavi et al. 2015). The leadership of the ex-CEO of the organization, Scott McMillan has been much appreciated by the various individuals not only related to the organization but also by the others members of the business as well (Allianceairlines.com.au. 2018). The democratic style of leadership followed helped the organization “Alliance Airlines” in a significant manner to become the leader of the airlines industry of the nation of Australia (Allianceairlines.com.au. 2018). Some of the strategy used by him like the strategy of cost leadership, product differentiation and others has considerably helped to enhance the prospects of the organization is a significant manner (Akamavi et al. 2015). The new CEO of the organization, Lee Schofield following the footsteps of the ex-CEO of the organization has tried to take the help of help of various kinds of methods to improve the performance level of the employees (Allianceairlines.com.au. 2018). Therefore, divisional structure which the organization follows not only allows it to be operational in the different parts of the nation but also helps it to manage the organization in a much better manner. Furthermore, I believe that the strategies which the organization is using to “bring about the overall growth as well as the development of its organization” are totally as per the needs of the business airlines market of the contemporary times.
