The products that are outsourced by Jocil Limited, are used as the sub parts of all other organizations (Dutta 2014).
Jocil Limited is losing their brand value since the general audience has no idea about the different big brands are using these products with their name.
Limited is a popular public limited company that started its journey in 1978 named as Andhra Pradesh Oil and Chemical Industries Limited.
In 1992, this company was renamed as Jocil Limited (Nyaga 2014).
They mainly manufacture Stearic Acid Flakes, Fatty Acids and refined glycerine.
These flakes are available in several grades for use within textiles and pharmaceuticals in various locations in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Jocil Limited is undergoing various problems within their operational processes.
The main problems are for customer services, performance management, technology usage, financial management and many other processes (Chaparro and Ferreira-Aparicio 2018).
The brand value is getting decreased and their popularity is getting reduced.
Moreover, due to the high competition, they are also affected from better performances.

Moreover, the global audience base has decreased and the brand loyalty of Jocil Limited has been decreasing in a very fast rate. SWOT analysis is much effective to identify the issues faced by them.
The outsourcing manufacturing is the main reason of the degradation of Jocil Limited.
Moreover, due to this outsourcing manufacturing, the product efficiency and quality are also decreased.

The finance related issue is the next important reason for their degradation. They had been undergoing financial losses.

In this research, positivism philosophy, descriptive research and deductive approach are selected in this research. Ethical considerations are also followed in this research (Vaioleti 2016).
For the primary data collection, the employees of Jocil Limited were interviewed.
Two types of research approaches are used in this research, which are inductive approach and deductive approach.
Deductive approach is helpful to discuss the theories and models in Jocil Limited and hence this particular approach is selected in the research (Silverman 2018).
The inductive approach deals with inducing theories and models by discussing the existing theories or models and analysis of Jocil Limited and thus it is being rejected.
The descriptive design is used in the research of Jocil Limited.
The proper utilization of descriptive research design is justified since it allows the proper identification of the managerial issues that are faced by Jocil Limited (Chambers 2017).
Descriptive design has also helped to explain the issues and factors of Jocil Limited.
The second type of philosophy selected in this research is the realism philosophy.
This particular research philosophy is on the basis of assumptions made from the knowledge development (Miles, Huberman and Saldana 2013).
Realism philosophy is related to the scientific inquiry and thus direct and critical realism are considered.

Two distinct techniques for data collection are taken here, primary data collection and secondary data collection (Bazeley and Jackson 2013).
The appropriate data is collected with these techniques and the research is successfully executed.
Two types of primary data were collected for Jocil Limited. These were interviewing the employees of the company and by filing a survey link (Thomson and Emery 2014).
For the interview method, 55 employees of the organization were being interviewed along with two managers. This helped in qualitative data collection.
Data Analysis Technique Used for Jocil Limited Research
The technique of quantitative data analysis is used for the proper analysis of the researched data from Jocil Limited.
Quantitative data analysis has helped to provide the required statistical data from this research (Lewis 2015).
Both the raw and the current data are undertaken for Jocil Limited in this research.
The main opportunity of Jocil Limited is that there is a diversity in the products since their stock is extremely high.
The overall data management of Jocil Limited eventually creates those products that not built well.
This type of data management ensures that there are options for them to increase their productivity as the customers still expect better from other brands.
Jocil Limited faces lesser competition in power generation market as the clients are expecting more from them than their competitors.
The data is generated from managerial processing, shows that the competitors of Jocil Limited do not have diversity in products of power generation field.
The next opportunity of Jocil Limited is that other power generating brands do not perform advertising in a large context.
This has lead to the fact that the data management is not done with high proficiency.
Thus, the global audience could be reached by them and the products will be processed with utmost efficiency.
The distribution of products is affected in better aspect for high demand of the products, which are generated by Jocil Limited.
This distribution of products will definitely increase the business productivity and the turnover.
However, with the qualitative and quantitative research on Jocil Limited, the issues related to the organization are also noted.

Moreover, the weaknesses in the business strategies of this organization are also not identified here.
Hence, the expansion of Jocil Limited is also not triggered here.
Although, the products’ costs are known, the product quality is unknown in this research.

The next important recommendation for this organization is to outsource their products internationally and they should be checked thoroughly.
Another significant recommendation for the managers is to check all the time frames and policy issues of this company.
The time frames or deadlines should also be checked by them.
