Stakeholder Map
The aim of this paper is to emphasize on the analysis of the electronic system “My Health Record” and propose all the considerable aspects of this system. My Health Record is a collection, storing and exchange of the information related to the health aspects of the Australian community that can allow smooth functioning of the healthcare systems in Australia. It is a valuable aspect to consider the needs and requirements of the customers for proposing such automated information exchange system. This report presents an analysis on the stakeholders considering their impact and interest in the project, followed by this objective; a stakeholder group has been selected for the analysis of the needs and requirements of the system and a questionnaire has been developed for them. A Use Case Description has been also proposed in this report in manner to present a visual scenario for the exchange of information. This system is capable of providing cost effective and smooth exchange of information between the clinics and will be helpful in boosting the healthcare system in Australia.

4.1 Use Case and Users/ Actors
Figure 1: Use Case for the System
4.2 Brief Use Case Description
Use Case 1: Registration
Description:
Both the primary actors will have to register in the system for accessing the network and data and information required for the execution of the medical treatments and exchange of the suggestions.
Use Case 2: Privacy Sharing
Description:
The system will allow the users to restrict the privacy of the data or information and who are the one those could access the data and information related to the personal details of the patient
Use Case 3: Data accessing
Description:
Primary actor for this use case will be the doctor, he would be able to access the data or information being exchanged by the patient and based on the data received, and analysing all the scenarios the doctor would be able to provide suggestions accordingly.
Use Case 4: Treatment Suggestions
Description:
Primary actor will be the doctor who will be sharing the suggestions to the patients on what he or she should do to mitigate the medical problem and live a happy life. The data will be shaared to the system’s database and the patient would be able to download it and practice the prescriptions suggested by the doctor.
Use Case 5: Access Suggestions
Description:
The primary actor will be the patient who will be receiving the information related to the suggestions provided by the doctor and practicing the suggestions or taking prescribed medicines without expending extra money.
