Business Model for Telecommunication
Telecommunication is one of the growing industries of Australia, many of the service providers managing performance by using proper models. Telecommunication business model has helped the mobile traders to produce technical solution in proper way. Business model of telecommunication service is helping the organization to ensure requirements of the consumer. Telecommunication business model has included major facility for the organization that belongs from the particular sector. The model is providing facilities like wireless network, fixed line, enterprise and internet.

The business specification of the mobile traders’ organization requires better wireless service, fixed-line service, internet broadband facility, and enterprise service in order to sustain the telecommunication service in the Australia. Mobile traders required to record sales details and interface stock in their all shops. Apart from that, this organization requires email service for the organizational stakeholders. Another requirement includes security of the computer service in order to maintain safety of computer systems.
In the above-mentioned case study, business drivers involve growing adoption to Internet of Things, cross-sector partnership and alliances, digital ecosystem development, alternative operation model adoption, and big data analytics. These business drivers have major contribution in the telecommunication business. In terms of the case study, business drivers have contribution in the mobile traders business (Veit et al. 2014). The organization requires providing details to the external and internal business in order to run the telecom service business.
Requirements of the stakeholders include email facility. Apart from that, employees of the organization required website where they can connect to the organizational mail. The organization stakeholders required internet access in the office to make the business successful. On the other hand, requirement of the customer includes better telecommunication service along with available website. Customer also wants response from the employees to complete the study.
Business objective of the organization is to provide better service for the consumers.
To provide wireless networking facilities
To prevent unauthorized access to the computer system
To maintain safe environment in order to use computer system
On the other hand, requirements of the consumers include website availability. Customer also wants better service from the provider.
The proper tools to analyze telecommunication business model is SWOT. SWOT analysis can find out the business strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat in proper way.

Analysis of Business Specification
In order to drive success mobile traders can use proper methodology to fulfill the requirements of the consumers. The organization requires delivering uninterrupted connection for the consumers. Apart from that, Mobile traders require to provide highly connected system in order to retain the customers.
In order to evaluate cost involve in implementation of ICT technical solution for the consumers can include connectivity challenges. Lack of proper connectivity is the major obstacle to provide better service for the consumers (Agboh, 2015). The selected organization requires putting focus on the value based pricing to maintain consumer satisfaction. As price depends on consumer requirements for that service provider requires focusing on value based pricing. Value based pricing also enables long-term profit to capture more value.
Cost-benefit analysis will help the mobile trader organization to analyze the decision to determine the value of the tangible. Cost-benefit analysis will help the organization to calculate Return on Investment. ROI ratio will help the organization to expect financial gains by dividing total costs. This analysis helps to make technical solution of positive return of the above-mentioned organization.
One of the major vendors of telecommunication provides direct nexus to the networks and internet to provide voice and data to the customer. Tier 1 is considered the largest vendor that provides services for the organization (Hajir et al. 2015). This vendor does not take network capacity from any other vendors. This vendor helps the organization to provide better telecom service. This is most suitable vendor to meet the requirements of the customer. The organization requires providing the vendor spreadsheet, word processing, and account package, internal and external networks.
The organization can use modified system where organization can use wireless system. In order to make the service better organization can investigate email marketing, Migrate to cloud-based service, adopt best security infrastructure, Switch to business phone system (Gluhov & Ilin, 2014).
The major constraint related to the mobile traders business is their security issue.
Mobile trader’s organization can provide updated information to the stakeholders.
The major objective of the organization is to fulfill the needs of the customer.
The technical requirement includes an email facility for the employees, internet access in the office, a secure computing system, safety, and healthy computer system.
The organization requires software to mitigate virus attack and back up organizational files. Apart from that, organization also requires hardware to browse company’s mail, download, and upload photos. Organization requires wireless routers and server for the computer system. The organization also requires to EFTPOS facility in order to maintain sales record and interface of stock details. Apart from that it can also be stated that with the help of most upgraded software the work efficiency of the organization can possible to enhance. In order to create more advanced IT structure the organization also requires network infrastructure.
Business Drivers and Requirements of Stakeholders and Consumers
Mobile trader’s organization required software and hardware that based on ICT technical solution. This organization requires system to store and transmit the data in proper way to make the service better.
The mobile traders organization needed EFTPOS facility to record the sales part along with maintaining updated information (Fagerholm et al. 2014). The organization also requires updating software and hardware to make the service better for the organization.
Technical requirements create impact on organization. Organizational staff will provide better telecommunication service for the consumers to sustain the business (Hachicha et al. 2016).
The organization required better security system in order provides better service. This organization can use cloud system in order to solve the problems related to technical requirements (Ghezzi et al .2015). This will help the organization to offer optimum solution related to telecommunication problem.
This organization requires better security in order to prevent unauthorized access to the system. Safe computing environment can be maintained by secure infrastructure of cloud. This will also help the organization use the organizational website in proper way.
