The project planning helps in analysing and identifying the gaps and problems associated with the development of the operational process of the organization (PM4Dev, 2007). In this paper, we are going to analyse the working process of the Ford Motor company to develop and manage the international strategy for the growth and prosperity of the company.
The Ford Motor company is the rapid growing organization in the development of new and luxurious cars. The company look forward for innovation, trends, and technologies to be implemented within the operational model of the enterprise. The company had provides various automobile models to the customers to facilitates them with required features. The organization believes in providing good quality products and services to the customers so as to increase the level of trust and satisfaction. The foreign investments also increased with the Ford brand name because it has good reputation in the global market. The diversification in the customer’s needs and requirement can be systematically fulfilled by active participation of the stakeholder in delivery effective products to them (Tonder, and Bekker, 2014). From the historical evidences, the project owner raises its concern about the relationship with the global partners and at international level. He wants to extend the sale of the Ford automobiles in the international market by managing good and healthy relationship. The strategic plan should be developed for formulating the communication plan to increase the foreign investment and sale of the automobiles in the foreign market. The international strategic plan helps in increasing the international growth of the Ford Company.
The aim of this project is to identify the gaps and problems domain which exist with the international strategic plan of the Ford Company to develop effective and healthy relationship in the international markets.
The scope of the project is to develop a project management plan for controlling the flow of information and data and manage effective communication between the stakeholders so that productivity of the organization increased to meet the criteria of the international market and fulfil the requirement of the global customers.
The objectives of this paper are to analyse and evaluate the obscure which exist in the operational and strategic plan of the Ford Motor company. The emphasis should be given on identifying the project requirement, changing the communication plans, following the ethical laws and policies for managing the international good and healthy relationship among the business partners. The critical analysis of the future requirement of the customers helps in increasing the international growth of the Ford motor company.

This results in deficiency in the management plan and ineffective balance between the resource distributions which directly affects the productivity of the organization. The company is not able to provide the modulated features in the automobile to satisfy the variation in the customer demand in the global market. The restructuring of the operational policies and process should be done for optimising the utilization of the resources for meeting the criteria of the customer need and expectation of the global market. |
