Communication Challenges in Organizations
Communication is a growing concern in all of the organization. As technology develops over time, it is increasingly becoming difficult to clear the communication channel in the organizations due to several reasons.
In this annotated bibliography, we will focus on analysing various proofs of how this has posed to be a problem over time.
This article identifies the importance of communication from an independent perspective. The authors have very effectively pointed out how communication is an essential requirement to sustain the flow of information and general operations in the company. Further, the analysis of the paper has focused on how the process of communication has improved over time and all the relevant strategies for the same.
What is the most relevant thing in this paper is how the authors have mentioned the breakdown of the communication machinery of the organization with examples of several companies, and how it is rectified to control the damage on urgent basis. However, the explanation of this part could have been a little more detailed. Even though the authors have focussed on the right approach to explaining to the readers about the importance of communications, the better approach could have been to sync it with the theory and then critique the approaches.
The paper has taken its base from a 2002 survey of around 1200 employees of a various organization to understand their approach towards communication and how their company promotes it as well. This sets a good base for discussion on the paper since the results which have been analysed have set a base for the paper. The paper then swiftly converges into understanding how communication should be integrated as a practice in the organization.
Furthermore, the discussion then traverses how few organizations have implemented this, and the benefits they are getting. Also, the paper has identified the ideal workplace communication methodology and how employers can communicate effectively with the employees to increase productivity as well. The only loophole in the research was that it could have been a little more descriptive and method-oriented instead o just building around the base of the survey.
In this article, the author has focussed on informing the readers about the importance of organizational communication in detail. The work has been structured extremely well and in a cohesive. For example, the paper first introduces the different types of communication in detail and then integrates it with how communication takes place in the organization itself. This approach is quite comprehensive as it helps the reader to understand the discussion well. furthermore, in the later parts of the paper, the focus then shifts towards understanding the importance of communication with respect to organizations in Uttarakhand and how the situation was rectified as well. It also gives alternatives to the solutions and discusses them in detail. However, the anomaly in this paper was a large amount of data which was represented. The data was represented in a nice manner, however, at some point, the data was redundant and not of use. Because of this, the paper became a little too hard to digest and lost its universal appeal with which it started.
Organizational Change through Effective Communication
This paper focuses on organizational change and how a successful organisational change can be implemented through effective communication. This paper has been well formed and is not at all redundant at any point. The literature used is also relevant and so is the language which has been used. The paper has successfully chalked out the importance of both, organizational change and communication. Further, the paper has then integrated both these concepts based on need and how communication can help in the implementation of change. It is well known that change can be implemented in the best way possible only when it is communicated to the people.
However, the anomaly in this paper was the change communication model. This model did not solve the purpose entirely and hence, was quite confusing in its initial stages. This rendered the model a little out of bounds and of little use in a practical environment.

The results were highly appreciated. The study concluded that “communication flow and the organization of the observed meetings varied in terms of physical setting, frequency, time allocated and duration. The topics for the workplace meetings were mainly functional with a focus on clinical processes”.
This paper focuses on collaborating between leadership and communication, and how leaders of an organization need to communicate effectively to keep the employees engaged. Communication plays an important part in the life of employees, and this is the only way they can actually connect with their employer as well. for a leader, a clear channel of communication can allow a better reach to the employees and ensuring that the employees have a clear understanding of the missions and the vision of the company as well.
Communication Processes in Swedish Healthcare Organizations
The paper has explained leadership communication in detail and has focussed people at the leadership positions only. The audience of the paper is highly centred and revolves around understanding how communication and leadership go hand in hand.
This centred approach for the audience is the only drawback of the paper as the author does not take into account how people who are in transition from being mere employees to leaders can benefit out of this, simply because the example provided is too leadership specific and not at all general.
This paper focuses on the challenges in communication which the management faces and how the team dynamic changes over time. The paper further focuses on how communication practices can be formed and applied to the people of the organization. The paper has focussed to detail these practices well and in a way where the reader can understand how communication is essential for the organization.
Furthermore, the paper details these practices in a manner in which the people can understand how these theories can be implemented in all the spheres of team management. Since communication plays an important role, it is essential to understand how it can be integrated into all the spheres of the organizational implementation and practices as well. it was found that most of the communication challenges facing MTs are related to the teams’ meetings, where issues of leadership, decision making and participation may well be intensified.
This paper focuses on understanding how communication in the context of an organization happens. The paper aims at understanding how in a dynamic business environment the communication changes over time and how the employees are further conditioned to ensure that the flow of information is always maintained as well. The paper explores various communication channels and sights and how it can be further integrated by involving certain practices which are quite exploratory in nature.
This research paper aims to analyse the relationship between communication and technology and how both are interdependent in the current business environment. The paper gave a high appeal to the context as it was a fresh outlook on integrating communication and technology in a nice manner. Though the data was represented in a nice manner, however, at some point the data was redundant and not of use.
The paper focuses on discussing CMC or Computer-mediated communication (CMC) has become mainstream in work life. It explores the various dynamics of workplace communication under the ambit of this and how it has evolved over time. Workplace communication has further changed over the decade, and email has played an essential role in it. This paper then analyses how e-mail has created an irreplaceable place for itself in the organizational communication culture.
