Statement Addressing the Selection Criteria
I have recently worked as a trainee and an intern to a consultancy firm where sometimes I was tasked at assisting in organizing meetings which are somehow similar responsibilities that have been listed in the advertised work (Lestari, Sukarsa, & Purnawan, 2017). Additionally, my responsibility has been to participate in research background information as well as taking minutes.
In my past experience, I happened to have performed general duties which include handling telephone inquiries and greeting visitors (Martin, 2017).
To foster innovativeness, I will be looking forward to introducing teamwork and apparently sharing of ideas among the workers to earnest different skills (de Boer, 2017).
One of the collaborative work arrangements I will use to foster innovativeness will be to allow and maintain an open dialogue between various employees as well as upper management. Apparently, this will effectively motivate and foster employee’s innovativeness (Bennouna, Mansourian, & Stark, 2017).
One of the mina changes that would be made to the physical environment to activate innovativeness is to encourage play. This might be in the form of pool playing. This is often tippled to activate active mindset for innovativeness (Bacic, 2017).
To maximize the available opportunities for innovativeness and creativeness, I would prefer to balance both the current and future needs of the clients. This will be in the form of delivering what the customers expect of me on a daily basis. This will help me to plan for the future and understand well the expectations of the customers.
I intend to accept both advice as well as support despite different vices that may lead to misunderstanding if it is not checked at the right time (Iturriza et al., 2017). I will as well ask for a suggestion from the colleagues and support any idea that is sound with an intention of helping the team members or even make rather informed changes.
I will consider investing in rather innovative methodologies that entails creative practices as well as a systematic approach to innovation. I will as well consider reviewing some creative and innovative methodologies in outlaying the available resources to the working environment (Srivastava, 2017).
To encourage innovativeness and a positive relationship among my colleagues, I will make sure I encourage a sense of belonging where one can feel connected to others with an aim of fulfilling a basic need for belonging. Apparently, I will create room for the creation of a positive friendship as well as positive interactions at the workplace to foster engagement (Giri et al., 2017).
