Project Justification
Soft drink industry has been evolving in a rapid rate since the last decade. This is the reason that there are several organizations that are evolving. One such business organization is Ziq & Fiq Enterprise. Ziq & Fiq Enterprise has been processing to manufacture a soft drink for years now. After completion of several tests they have been able to manufacture their own soft drink. Ziq & Fiq Enterprise named the soft drink that they manufactured as Divine Thunder.
Divine thunder is a new product in market and is trying to survive in the market. This report will provide a literature review on the completion of the project. This report will also discuss the methodologies that are used in this project. This report will also provide the sampling feature of the product. Ethical issues that are present in the project is also present in the project. This report will also provide the deliverables that are required for the completion of the project.
Aim of the research is to understand the performance of a newly manufactured soft drink, namely Thunder Divine manufactured by Ziq & Fiq Enterprise. The main objective of this research is to understand the functionality of the product in accordance of commerciality and performance of the product
Divine Thunder is a flavored soft drink that is manufactured by Ziq & Fiq Enterprise. Expectation from this soft drink is very high. This is the reason that the prosecution of the project was maintained with high expectations Alkaya & Demirer (2015). The mechanism that is being used in the manufacturing of the entire product plays an important role in the success of the launching of the product.
For manufacturing of a soft drink, the main process that is to be performed requires projection of the management of the storage of the products and transporting the same. Implementing the technology that is required for the mixing of the product instills the fact that the commencement of the product requires better carbonating of the entire manufactured soft drink for bringing the essence of the product (Ashurst, Hargitt & Palmer 2017). These are the requirements that are processed for the better commencement of the product. In case proper carbonating of the product is not performed with high efficiency it results in losing the efficiency of the soft drink.
Adding flavors helps in distinguishing the product from other products of that segment. This is the reason that the commencing of the product gets better with adding of the flavors (Arteaga, Flores & Luna 2017). This uniqueness of the product that is present in the commencement of manufacturing makes the entire product unique in nature and this is the reason that the product that is manufactured gets popularized among the global mass.
It is expected that with an increase in the health consciousness among the global audience of the product, Divine Thunder might lose clients in huge amount. This might affect the turn over off the organization (Nwaiwu & Ibekwe 2017). Ziq & Fiq Enterprise must keep this in mind in order to complete the better business management of the product
Background
Objective 1: Gain unique stature in market of soft drinks: In case the soft drink that is manufactured is done with the help of the unique flavors that is new in the market, it will help in better business management for the brand and will gain an edge over the other competitive business organization
Objective 2: Increase annual turn-over: An increase in annual turn-over is one of the objective that has been of main concern of Ziq and Fiq Enterprise. With the help of introduction of new flavors, the main advantage that is enjoyed includes an increase in revenue that is collected. This is one of the main reason that increases the business stature of Ziq & Fiq Enterprise
Objective 3: Bringing in revolution to the business system of soft drinks manufacturing has also been one of the main reason that affects the functioning of the soft drink manufacturing.
Risks that are identified during the completion of the project are as follows: –
- Taste of the new flavor: The taste that will be provided by Divine Thunder might not meet the demands of the global mass. In that case the acceptance of the product will be very low. This lower acceptance will lead to huge loss of revenue and in turn will lead to lest turn-over of Ziq & Fiq Enterprise. This might act as a major reason of failure of the project.
- Reduction in interest in the newly manufactured soft drink: This can be considered to be one of the main issues that is present in the field of soft drinks manufacturing. This is due to the fact that in the initial stage of the manufacturing of the product it might be easy to attract the mass as the flavor that is provided by Divine thunder might not have the capability to attract the attract audience for a long time
- Health Issue: The flavor that will be added might contain fat and unhealthy ingredients. These unhealthy ingredients might affect the acceptance of the products. In today’s society health consciousness has been very high among the targeted members. This results in lack of popularity of the products. These health issues might earn a bad name to the product, leading to the fact that the revenue that is collected will be very low.
- For mitigating the issue regarding the confusion that are present in understanding of the taste can be mitigated with the help of quantitative analysis. Qualitative methodology is also used in the projection of the project completion .Survey is taken in order to understand the acceptance of the product. This survey result will help in understanding the likeliness of the product. Questionnaires will be prepared during the completion of the entire project. This is the reason that the commencing for the project gets difficult in nature. After completion of the survey resultant will be collected. After collection of the resultant, the major issue that is present is the analysis of the product. In case the analysis of the results are not done in an efficient manner, it affects the entire completion of the project. This is the reason that the analysis of Divine Thunder. After completion of analysis of the data that are collected through the survey, it gets easier to conclude the functionality of the product.
- Using ingredients that do not harm the health of the people will definitely help in better commencement of the project. This is one of the main process that must be inherited in order to maintain the health related issues of the soft drink.

Exclusions
Facts that are excluded in the project commencement methodology are as follows: –
- No training regarding the project management will be provided in the commencement of the project. this might act as a major exclusion of the project
- High end machineries will be excluded in the commencement of the project
Constraints
Constraints that are presents in the commencement of the project are as follows: –
- Scope management is considered to be one of the main constrains that are present in the project management.
- Finance can be one of the main reason that will act as a barrier as the entire project completion will not be made under the described budget, leading not the fact that the cost efficiency will decrease
Ethical issue that might be faced in the completion of the product ensures the aspect that despite the fact that the sales of the product is not very high the data of expiry is set to the last limit. In case the product s mot sold within the projected deadline it affects the consumers in a negative manner. Some times for mere profit through soft drinks sell companies often considers materials for drink manufacturing that compromises with consumers health. It often remains a key ethical issue in this kind of project which affects the acceptance of the project.
It offers the company only two options, either compromise with the overflow in profit or compromise with the consumer health. However finding balance between these two options is essential for successful project integration and efficient project execution. Maintaining a balance in between the quality of the product and the profit margin that is set is considered to be one of the main criteria of acceptance of the product.
It can be assumed that the ingredients that are used in soft drinks are mostly hygienic in nature. This is the reason that the commencement of the project might be successful. The taste that is provided by the Ziq & Fiq Enterprise is arranged after conducting survey. This is the reason that the expectancy of success of the project is very high.
