Students are to research and select a Rock and Roll album from a band or artiste whose life, music and creativity made an impact upon the generation that they were in and beyond. Students are to choose SIX songs from one or different albums but from the same artiste/band and write about what makes each song so popular.
This assignment should include: (1) The description of the artiste/band & it’s achievements. It should be at least 250 words + photos. (2) The review of SIX songs with minimum 250 words per song. (3) Photos of the artiste/band that will enhance the overall presentation. (4) Citations / references where the materials are being taken from. As a guide, to score a good grade for this assignment, students are advised to write more on subject matters related to point (A) to score higher marks) and max 30% on subject matters from point (B) as these won’t help you to score better marks.
