This implies that Fantaspace have a high rate of market return
The share of the company in the market is also high
Strategic analysis of Advantage

The market competition for Advantage is significantly high
However, great competition in the market leads to greater market rivalry
Digi FX: Strategic Overview
The market strength of Digi FX is high since it is a concern of the Fantasy Films.
However, market equity is considerably very low
Market share strength of the company largely depends on the lucrativeness of the target market

Fantaspace and Advantage are the major market drivers for Fantasy Films.
Hence their market popularity and dominant customer base should be handled with care.
The organisation also needs to introduce some stringency in the working procedure of the compan
Recommendations: AniSoft & DigiSoft
These two are the dogs according to the BCG analysis of the organisation
The company have do improve this position of these subordinate concerns
These two concerns have lost business in the last 2 years and needs to undertake some proactive promotional activities for these concerns (Ifds.in).
There are four subordinate concerns of the company. They are delivering mixed performance. The organisation needs to be mindful of the audience acceptance of the firm. Most importantly, the company needs to pay special emphasis on the weak points like DigiSoft as well as AniSoft and make the major and the potential investments in the upcoming fiscal quarters. The vibrant customer base of Fantaspace as well as Advantage should be utilised for third party publicity of the former two concerns.

Fantasy Films: Dynamic Advantages
The highly advanced technological set up of the facilities of Fantasy Films allows high quality of content moderation and provides service that suffices the needs as well as the requirements of the viewers.

There are ample opportunities for the company in the form of the human, physical (technological) as well as capital resources.
The core business of the firm generates high end profit
The level of executive involvement with the clients is also low and hat is why the operational costs are adjusted in that respect.
Other than there are number of areas of development scopes like there are for AniSoft and DigiSoft (Spanjol et al. 2015).
Development of a broad clientele for these two concerns can take the organisation to an epoch making standard.
Depiction of opportunities for the Fantasy Films (Recommendation)
Fantasy Films have signed up for the production of similar genre of films and motion casts in the past 2 to 3 years
The company needs to sign up for a variegated categories of films including the like of sci-fi, horror, gothic horror, puny and animation series that have central characters in them
These genes of productions are in vogue in the industry
Again, shooting under more new production houses should be encouraged and cast of new actors or directors should be always encouraged.
Lastly, of Fantasy Films is able to enhance their overall fiscal budget, they can consider exploring the sector of full length movies also.

There are ample resources in Fantasy Films studios.
The company have been inviting similar production houses who are producing content on analogous themes
As an impact, the variety of opportunities that Fantasy Films have for film production is remaining unexplored.
Mobility of resources of the Fantasy Films (Recommendations)
The company I lacking better marketing opportunities at present. Hence the form needs to hire marketing analysts and recruitment agencies so that they can create a proper marketing team and sales agency for them.
This is an immediate cause and for the future business sustenance the CFO have to take urgent steps to allocate definite funds for the re-setup of the organisational structure.
An adept sales team would also make lucrative packaging of their business prospects and that would invite more clients on board.

The reconfiguration needs of the material assets of the form have been properly addressed by the management
However the organisation’s workflow model and work break down structure after the rearrangement of the marketing and sales division of the company have to he skilfully done.
The company can gain fame if they are able to save the time and operational cost of the production houses working with them.
In order to do this a workplace management board have to be formed which would include experts form a variety of genre of movies production.
They would look after every individual project and decide how the workforce of the firm can help the clients to work in the most feasible manner
The board would also advise the executive management of Fantasy Films regarding how they should work in order to fulfil the criteria of the clients.

The matrices successfully depict the current market condition of the Fantasy Films. However, the company have enough areas of development. Analysing the steps undertaken for enhancing their proficiency, it can be concluded that the company have focused more on solving the immediate issues that the clients have faced. They have worked less on finding future sustainable solutions for the company. The company have high proficiency in context of volunteer-ship and technical assistance.
