Design of Proposed IS System
The architecture of the proposed system for Passport Procurement System would comprise of developing the system integrated operations. The website, mobile application, payment gateway, banks, internet server, cloud network of Airport, and Airport authority of Pakistan. These are the components of the system architecture for the project of Passport Procurement System of Pakistan. The alignment of these components would result in forming the proper system for the development of the operations (Caruana, 2016). The safety and security features like site lock, mobile security framework, encryption, firewall, and cloud security framework were also employed for forming the security of the information and data. Each layer of the network or server would be protected with the help of these security tools for protecting the infiltration and hacking in the system.
The website, mobile application, payment gateway, banks, internet server, cloud network of Airport, Airport authority of Pakistan, site lock, mobile security framework, encryption, firewall, and cloud security framework are all a working element of the IS system proposed. The customer is the primary client of the project who is responsible for the whole working of the system (Gozman et al., 2017). The working of the system has been described below,
Step 1: Customer either use website or mobile app for accessing the passport via online function. The customer has to enter personal details like name, age, sex, contact information, and address for making an account on the website or mobile application. The mobile application is protected by the mobile security framework and the website is protected by the help of site lock function.
Step 2: An auto generated query for passport generation is sent to the cloud network of the Airport authority of Pakistan with the information inputted by the customer. The firewall protects the transfer of the information via web from being unauthentic access.
Step 3: After receiving the passport generation query, the airport authority prompt for confirming the processing of the passport and payment option. All these steps occur through the online or Internet facility of the IS system.
Step 4: The customer makes the payment via the payment gateway which is protected via encryption technology. The payment is made through online banking of the customer’s bank and received by the Airport Authority’s bank.
Step 5: Passport Development is completed and it is sent to the customer’s address with the help of courier services.
Conclusion
The business congruity was inferred for framing the advancement of enhanced framework improvement of the task. The framework advancement for Passport Development in Pakistan had required the improvement of the significant adjustment and advancement. The operations were inferred for building up the operational improvement of Passport Development. The task had considered the advancement of the framework formation and it had formed the arrangement of the enhanced procedures. The accompanying tasks were used for building up the change of the significant framework sending.
