The different development in the business processes has helped the organization in upholding a stable growth process. The development ion the business processes facilitated different community welfare programs like ‘Kim Walters Choices Program’, which helped the organization in maximization of the community development and involvement in the business processes of the organization. Currently the organization has provisions for providing health care services to around 530 patients with enhanced process designs. The development of the organization is based on the assessment of the needs of the patients and thereby integration of different equipments and processes in order to support the needs of the patients.
