Social media is considered as a most significant tool for the marketers to deliver their message to their target audiences. The organizations are using a social media platform to promote their products and services. The social media marketing has helped the organizations to communicate and stay connected with their customers. The social media has helped the organizations to attract a lot of customers and also increasing their online presence in the market. The business environment has changed, and many organizations are adopting different promotion techniques and strategies to gain the competitive advantage (Barker, 2017). The communication technologies have enabled the organizations to communicate with the customers in an efficient manner as well as stay connected with them. However, the social media marketing has some advantages and disadvantages also. The researcher will collect data and information from different source to complete the research study.
The objective of the project is based on the nature of the research topic. The main objective of the project is to determine and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of social media marketing.
Social media marketing has enabled the business organization to interact with the customers. The social media market is an important tool for raising the brand awareness. The social media platform has allowed the customers to give their feedback and reviews on the basis of their experiences with the products and services. The customers are able to give negative and positive feedbacks, and it has increased the competition in the market (Bowen and Ozuem, 2016). The customers are able to use quality products and stay connected. The companies in the market have to increase their quality of products and services due to the increase in the competition. It has provided a wide platform to market their products and communicate with the customers. However, apart from this social media has disadvantages that affect the business environment. It can prevent organizations to make necessary changes and also has to invest in the social media marketing. Many people can express misuse the platform by giving negative or false information about the products and services (Funk, 2013). The copyright and trade are also a major drawback as it is the essential part of the brand organizations. The flow of false and negative information can impose a significant impact on the views and perception of the customers in the society. The other limitation is the increase in the number of cybercrimes that imposes a significant threat to both the marketers and users. Thus, the use of effective security system is very much important for both the organizations and customers (SHELDON, 2017).

The overview of the social media is surrounding the explanation of the work which is revolving round the works as it is being explained in this case. This is showing the development of the work structure which is illustrating the application of the terms which are related to the social media and the networking as it is related to the promotional activities. Various facilities can be appropriately described by illustrating the application which shows the ability of the users as it shows the acceptance of the use of the application in the field of the ability (Davies, 2010). This is surrounding the overall improvement of the technology and also the rural areas needed to be developed with informing them about the modern technologies which are showing the business administration of the organization. The overall development of the work can be easily facilitated by the use of the social media and also the appropriate exchange of the information can be easily made by illustrating work in an appropriate way. The enhancement of the work can be easily identified by illustrating the possible communication ways by which the explanation of the social media can be easily made by showing the explanation of the certain posts and also the discussions are made by the help of the online forums (Dewing, 2010). This simply explains the part which is being used for showing the accessing of information by the help of the opinions. The review of the advantages and the disadvantages of the social media are showing a drastic effect on the production of the appropriate sharing of the information in just a second and also all types of the people can also be share their thoughts and the opinions to the public. The sharing of the information is simply defined to be the sharing of the thoughts as it is being appropriately conducted by illustrating the feelings and the belief parameters. The variable specifications are provided in the form of showing the illustrations of the data which are used for gathering the appropriate analysis of the report and also the enhancement of the work are being made. The process is showing the quantitative data in the form of conducting a survey to the 50 respondents with the help of the sampling size as determined by the researcher for the research. The researcher has to cut the cost and complete the research work on time. The researcher may face language barriers while collecting information and data from the participants. The researcher may also face different problems while completing the research such as collection of appropriate data and information.
The time frame will allow the researcher to list and arrange the tasks on the basis of the requirement of the research. The use of Gantt chart helps to list and arrange the tasks as per the time is taken for the stages of the research study (Sachdeva, 2009).
