The main idea in this project is to define and design a plan that will be used in implementing a single platform that will be used to support very huge capacity of primary data and being generated in a platform that is internal and that is existing in the cloud.

The board of directors of the TIL need an analysis that is of high level and an IT solution that should be recommended. The urge of such IT solution have come up with other needs like a storage dB to be used for the storage of data.

The idea behind performing this study about the application is increasing the database size on all single platforms so that it can support large volumes of primary data as well as being generated in a platform that is internally and exist in the cloud.

The proposed application is used for increasing and storing the big data in a single place and creating a room for expansion in future

The problems that we face in most cases are directly related to lack of data storage which may lead to poor data management, data security compromised, reduction of the work-efficiency which may make it impossible in finding the necessary info, deletion of data that is precious and old so that we get space to store the new data, it related to loss of data that may cause unplanned interruptions in the network and hardware and the software failures as well as the malware attacking computers. When we lose files in a computer we may take hours or even weeks in recovering it which may lead to creation of idle time to the individual responsible. When the info or data is lost because of our own negligence then it may result to disclosure of information confidentiality. Some financial repercussions might be aggravated if the individuals affected decide to take legal actions against such activities. We have done an analysis on the situation and found a solution that will be suitable and meeting the needs and the requirements of the company. We have come up with cloud-based storage which will comply with the specifications givens in our solution. The solution found is the google drives as it will help meeting all the company requirements which will be convenient in comparison to those of the competitors. Google Drive will offer provision for storage and duration that is unlimited for a specific fee annually. Use of Google drive will help in integrating the security system in further improving the data security of the company.

In this proposal we have given a solution as the use of GOOGLE DRIVE as the memory in the cloud. The idea behind google drive selection is because they are perfectly fit as they have all major factors by offering a provision of extreme data security measures. The google drive disks offers provisions of storage space that is unlimited. The only people who can access data and store data in Google drive are only the privileged users. It will be only through the software that we are guaranteed a security of high level when uploading and downloading data. The access of data will be made possible if office data cannot be accessed when we are home.

In running an efficient Db system we will need a network that is fast with large storage and hence being secure in software storage. . Google Drive have been known for perfectly meeting the user needs. Google Drive has been known for integrating the security of the system for protection levels with space that is unlimited.
