The business development had been the primary motive for any business organization or companies (Aaltonen et al. 2015). The development of the business organization had been largely helpful for the deployment of the effective and smart development of the operations and functions. There are different models that could be used for overcoming the prospects of the ongoing operations and functions of the organization and development of the system functions. The role played by these models is very helpful for initializing and developing the ongoing facilities of the business development models. The development models are helpful for the formation of the effective and smart functional modification of the organization.
The following report had been made for the evaluation of the existing system of the business organization and compares the operational model and lean approach of the business development. The report is divided into two major sections for forming the analysis of the business development methods, models, and approach. The first part consists of the ideology that is prevalent on the two models of business development and comparison. The second part of the report would be a critical evaluation of the operational model while setting the comparison with the lean approach of the business operation development.
The business development models are helpful for forming the approach for the improvement of the ongoing operations of the system development model and formation of the effective and smart operations (Turner 2013). It is helpful for the development of the system integration and development of the models for the improvement of the system integration for the organization. The operating model is a typical model that is helpful for the development of the system development functions of the organization and formation of the effective and smart operations. The ongoing and implemented structure of the organization is broken into small patches for the development of the system integration (Chiu et al. 2016). The modeling of the business development had been largely helpful for the improvement of the operations and development of the improved operations. The lean approach is a conceptual scheme of implementing that helps in modeling the enterprise in terms of the value streams. The lean approach is helpful for developing the appropriate schemes of modeling for the operations. These two business development model and approach would be helpful for forming the appropriate schemes of the development functions (Chan et al. 2014). The following section would evaluate each of the business development model and approach for finding a critical analysis of their overlapping functions,
Business Development Models
The operating model can be defined as a typical model that is helpful for the development of the system development functions of the organization and formation of the effective and smart operations (Education 2017). The ongoing and implemented structure of the organization is broken into small patches for the development of the system integration. The modeling of the business development had been largely helpful for the improvement of the operations and development of the improved operations. The operational model for the business development would be highly affective for the development and improvement of the functions. It forms a structure of the blueprint of the business organization and its processes (Badets, Pilniere and Merlo 2014). For example- The retail organization had the operating model for their sales process, inventory system, transaction management, stock inventory, and database. Operations based on strategies: The operating model had been helpful for forming the business development model for the operations of the organization (Kreis et al. 2014). The role played by the operating model had been considered for the formation of the smart and acute model that would integrate the development strategies and formation of the effective controlling models for the operations of the organization. The activities of lean approach are also based on the strategic management approach and it is helpful for developing the skilled operations of the organization. It can be concluded from the report that the business development had been the primary motive for any business organization or companies and the use of different models have been helping the organization to flourish and develop. The report had been made for the evaluation of the existing system of the business organization and compares the operational model and lean approach of the business development with the aid of Operating Model and Lean Approach. The study had shown that the operating model can be defined as a typical model that is helpful for the development of the system development functions of the organization and formation of the effective and smart operations. On the contrary the lean approach is a conceptual scheme of implementing that helps in modeling the enterprise in terms of the value streams and is helpful for developing the appropriate schemes of modeling for the operations. Comparison of the two models had shown the overlapping of the operating model and lean approach and the factors are division into simpler functions and operations based on strategies. The critical evaluation of Operational Model compared to Lean Approach had shown the advantages and disadvantages of using the operational model in compared to the lean approach. The advantages of using the operating model when compared to the lean approach are demand and capacity management, customer experience, and process context. However, the disadvantages of using the operating model when compared to the lean approach are low process standardization, low integration, and non-continuous improvement.
