Interactive Design 1
1.. Interactive Design 1
2.1. Wireframes and labels
2.2. Description of wireframes
The first design is being created with the view of the user being logged into the system and the cart of the user is being empty.
3. Interactive Design 2
2.1. Wireframes and labels
Interactive Design 2
2.2. Description of wireframes
In contrast to the first design the user can log in themselves in the homepage itself and view their personal content in the user details section.
4. Reasoning
4.1. Advantages of interactive design 1
The main advantage of the first design is that the design provides very efficient navigation for the user, and hence the user can be easily guided to any page at any time very easily.
4.2. Advantages of interactive design 2
The main advantage of the second design is that the second design provides more functionality than the previous one and hence, the design is very effceinct.
4.3. Disadvantages of interactive design 1
The main disadvantage of the first design is that the first design lacks in providing the users with all the functionalities mentioned by the organization.
4.4. Disadvantages of interactive design 2
The main disadvantage of the second design is that although the design provides all the functionalities the navigation is not as efficient as the first one.
4.5. Design principle of design 1
The designing of the first wireframe has been done that with the principle of efficient navigation and optimum clarity in the design.
4.6. Design principle of design 2
The designing of the second wireframe has been done with the principle of providing the customer with as much functionality as possible.
4.7. Usability goal of design 1
The main goal of the first design is that system should be usable by the customers and customer satisfaction is the main aim of the design.
4.8. Usability goal of design 2
For the second design the usability goal is to assist the administrator in their methods and the main aim is implementing all the basic needs of the company.
4.9. Usability experience of user for design 1
The experience of the user is better in the first design as the navigation system provided in the first design is very efficient for the user.
4.10. Usability experience of user for design 2
For the second design the usability experience for the administrator is better as more number of functionality is provided in the design.
4.11. Selection of specific design and justification
The second design is selected for the implementation of the website as the design provides all the functionality of the system. The second design provides better navigation, however the design is inefficient in providing all the required functionalities.
4.12. Usability using the interface
The interface would be tested by the users and their feedback would be considered for the usability testing.
The report provides the details of the interface designs for the Farm shop of the Mountain artists Co-operations. The organization is looking to implement a website for their business. Hence, two alternate designs have been provided in this report for the organization to choose from.
