Project Assumptions with Necessary Justification
After analyzing the details project requirements and expected objectives it is assumed that, the project will be completed within 170 days with an estimated budget of $55,000.In order to fix the security the project manager and the project team members are responsible. The voice recognition technology should maintain accurate input speech approach so that it can avoid unwanted system access. The project plan should maintain a balance between the capital invested and the expected outcomes.
It is expected that, over next two to three decades the telecommunication industries are evolving drastically. The R&D team of the nominated tourist company is responsible to design and develop the system to attract the consumers all over. Different key technologies are currently becoming the commonplace which provides services and products to the willing consumers within the estimated budget and time. The automatic speech recognition technology gives the users more functionalities through which they can synthesis all necessary information. In current telephone network path the abilities of such systems are increasing rapidly. The operator services of such system and their application are also evolving day by day. However, the technical challenges associated to this application should expand the ICT unit for successfully incorporating voice recognition.
In order to reduce the work burden from the project team members based on project requirements this large project is segmented in small parts and depending on the skills and knowledge of the assigned resources for individual activities resources are allocated. It is their responsibility to accomplish assigned job roles within the estimated budget. The net budget and time estimated for this project are elaborated in the below section:

PERT chart is referred to as a project management tool which is widely utilized to organize, scheduled and coordinated tasks under regular project practices. This is a graphical representation consists of numerous nodes and directional lines. The directional line shows the direction or the flow of the project though which the project will reach the final end point or the ultimate objectives. The interdependencies among the activities are defined with the help of te PERT chart.

For avoiding application, operational and functional errors the perfect change management practice must incorporate governmental policies, law, competitive conditions, economic structure and new technologies as well. Based on the complexity the project timeline, cost and other specifications are needed to be adopted and designed by the project manager before its final implementation.
Based on the project objectives and goals in details it is determined that, the total cist needed for the successful implementation of the project is $55,000 and time is 170. It is possible that a difference occurs between the planned cost-time and the actual cost and time. In order to avoid budget over allocation and over running time at the project initiation phase the details project plan should be prepared by the project manager. Again the project plan should be approved by the project sponsors to avoid further system failure and application errors as well.
ICT Unit to Incorporate Voice Recognition
In order to support the system until it ends this is mandatory for the project manager to design a post support and maintenance implementation program. Though, it is an ongoing activity that covers a wider activity variety including design errors, program removal, document update etc but for this specific project the maintenance program that should be considered include adaptive maintenance. This is nothing different from the change management program moreover it can be said that based on the organizational procedures, project goals, policy, security practices, system control and security requirements the post implementation plan should be evaluated.
Conclusion
From the overall discussion it can be concluded that, with the successful incorporation of voice recognition technology the tourist company will be able to serve secured services to their consumers. The project case for incorporating the voice recognition technologies is illustrated in this business plan. With their effective and efficient services the company is capable to attract around 200,000 families each year. Not only this but also, the different business information system are dated, coming with numbers of legacy systems and system efficiency as well while producing the processional project management reports. The business plan developed for this ICT project management practice is comprises of financial modeling aspects, human resource requirements, scheduling tasks, customer relationship system requirements etc. In addition to this, for this business many franchises are available. In order to operate both the local and remote potential consumers, how the voice recognition system is effective is also elaborated in this above business plan. However, for this specific voice recognition technology implementation project, there are some sections which needs further focus and the recommendations for this parts are elaborated in the below section.
High level business strategies: The business analyst associate to the project is responsible to develop high level business strategies so that it can give competition to the rest similar type of organization. It will give competitive advantages and structured commercial revenue to the owners.
Encryption technology: Advance encryption technology will give security to the ICT system to make sure that, only the authorized users are allowed to access information from the server. The encryption should never be shared among the third parties to keep the system security.
Training and development program: In order to keep the project team members familiar with the features of voice recognition technology the project managers are responsible to take necessary actions in terms of technical training and development program.
