Allocates the resources required for the development of the project |
After the project is conferment and the requirement of the project is made clear the operational manager arranges the resources and the equipment’s required for the development of the ticketing system. |
The requirement of the project is deeply studied for the allocation of the resources to the team members and management of the human resources |
For the completion of the project successfully the requirement of the project is required to be understand and the system analyst is responsible for analysis of the requirement. A good communication is required to be maintained with the analyst, risk manager and the project manager for increasing efficiency of the project development process. A trust is required to be created between the project manager and the team member to rely on him and participate in the development process. The success of the project is dependent on the management capability of the project manager and the capability of the risk manager to forecast the risk associated with the project. A good relationship is required to be maintained between the project manager and the development team for communication of the requirement with the team member and clear any doubt arising during the span of the development of the project. The hurdles raised in the project is required to be removed immediately for the development of the project. The operational manager is required to manage the resources allocated for the development of the project and assign it to the development team for the accomplishment of the aims and objectives of the project. The project manager should have the learning ability and can learn from the project and respond to the problem raised at different points in the project for improvement of the skills and knowledge make the project a success.
The necessary skills that the project manager should possess for the development of the project are as follows:
