Research Design
The most important resource and the main factor in the production of any organization and in any economic system is its personnel. In the market system, the personnel of the commercial organization perform the basic functions of doing business, by selling the organization of its own workforce. The monetary valuation of services rendered to an economic entity by an employee manifests itself on the surface of economic phenomena in the form of remuneration for certain physical or intellectual efforts (Al Ariss, Cascio, & Paauwe, 2014).
The degree of useful effect for the organization from the use of labor depends on many factors, including the level of education and qualifications of employees, satisfaction with working conditions and the psychological climate in the team, awareness of the corporate interests and strategic goals of the company. However, the main stimulating lever, in this context, is the size and frequency of remuneration that adequately reflects the workload of employees (Bryman & Bell, 2015).
In this research, the research would choose descriptive design. This is because the design would help the researcher to shed light on the different theories and concepts related to the employers and bonuses . The major drive behind this is the impact of bonuses and remuneration on the productivity of workers in an organization. The flexible policy of the organization in the field of staff remuneration with the appropriate moral incentives objectively allows to increase the level of labor productivity, and, consequently, a number of the most important performance indicators of the company. In addition, the amount of material incentives for employees largely reflects the image of the firm in the business world and the labor market, determines the possibility of attracting highly qualified specialists, which to a large extent forms the competitiveness of a commercial organization (Cooperberg, & Carroll, 2015).
For executing a research, the researcher applies two kinds of approach-inductive and deductive. Inductive approach is when the researcher induces new facts, theories and concepts for the already established facts. On the other hand, through deductive approach, the researcher deduces relevant conclusions from the acquired knowledge on the different topics. For executing this researcher, the researcher would select deductive approach (Brannen 2017).
Using deductive approach would help the researcher to deduce relevant conclusions and recommendations from the outrage, which resulted from the haste decisions of employers and managers. Moreover, this approach would assist the researcher in formulating the hypothesis and assessing the productivity of the organizations as a whole.
Population and Sampling Technique
The whole population is the sample for the researcher as the subject matter involves betterment of the whole society. In simple technique, the samples are selected without any criteria. This is also followed in random technique (Cherry, & Jacob, 2016).
However, in probability sampling technique, the researcher adheres to certain criteria for selecting the sample size. In this research, the researcher would desire to select Systematic Probability Sampling Technique.
Systematic Probability Sampling Technique would enable the researcher to avert any kind of biasness within the data collection. Moreover, this technique would enhance the transparency within the researcher, assuring the respondents about the safety and security of their responses.
Key social and demographic indicators depend on the level of remuneration, such as income of the population by industry, region, countrywide, the minimum subsistence level, and the degree of accessibility for citizens of various material goods. Within the framework of a separate commercial organization, remuneration of personnel is present both in costs, occupying a significant proportion, and in the profit of an economic entity. The movement of cash, material flows, other resources, as a rule, affects and has a serious impact on the formation of remuneration, their size, structure, payment and use (Cooperberg, & Carroll, 2015)..
Data is crucial for efficient execution of any kind of research. Collection of data is done mainly through primary and secondary methods. These methods are further divided into quantitative and qualitative. In primary quantitative, data is collected through survey and in case of qualitative, data is collected through interview (Dinnie, 2015). . In case of secondary methods, data is collected from government websites, journal articles, books and others. In this research, both primary and secondary methods would be used for collecting data related bonuses and remuneration in employees.
Primary data collection methods would enhance the awareness of the researcher into the approach of the staffs towards the outrage. The basis of this data collection would be quantitative data analysis. On the other hand, incorporation of secondary data collection method would be helpful for the researcher in terms of enhancing the knowledge related to the outrages and the decisions, which degrades the image of the companies and organizations.
In primary quantitative, the collected data is analysed through the preparation of survey and interview questions. These responses are depicted on tables, charts and graphs for deducing relevant conclusions and recommendations (Kerac, et al, 2015).. In this research, primary qualitative method would be used by the researcher for analysing the collected data. Open ended and close ended questions would be prepare for gaining an insight into the approaches of the staffs towards the outrage due to the ban on plastic bags. The questions are as follows: With all the diversity of scientific developments on the formation, organization and accounting of labor remuneration, there is no terminological clarity and a scientifically grounded relationship between the categories “pay”, “remuneration”, “wages”, “incentive payments”.
Data Collection Methods
The issues of the economic analysis of staff remunerations remain poorly researched, its place in the complex economic analysis has not been fully determined. In addition, the information base for analysis, the organizational aspects of conducting analytical procedures, the system of indices of remuneration and the evaluation of the validity and effectiveness of the implementation of dividend, compensatory and incentive payments need to be clarified, corrected and further justified (Kothari, Mizik, & Roychowdhury, 2015)..
The factors mentioned determined the choice of the topic, structure, setting and implementation of the purpose and objectives of the dissertation research.
The research work is carried out in accordance with the direction of scientific research of the Voronezh State University “Theory, methodology and methodology of accounting, analysis and control of the activities of economic entities”, approved by the Scientific Council of the VSU (Smith, 2015). .
Purpose and objectives of the study. The aim of the research is the development of theoretical and methodological and organizational and methodological provisions for analysing the remuneration of personnel of a commercial organization, taking into account the agrarian specifics based on modern analytical tools.
To achieve the desired goal, the following tasks were identified: to reveal the economic essence of the concept “in based on a critical assessment of existing approaches and the subordination of related categories” pay “and” wages “; determine the place of analysis of staff remuneration in the system of integrated economic analysis of the economic activity of the economic entity; to justify the implementation of the principles of the system approach to the internal content of the analysis of the remuneration of the personnel of the commercial organization; to assess the current legal support for the analysis of staff remuneration for adequacy and adequacy of the existing business environment; to develop and substantiate the organizational model for conduct (Kothari, Mizik, & Roychowdhury, 2015).
Ethics is important in terms of executing the research in terms of executing the research in an efficient and effective manner. Moreover, it helps the researcher in gaining the trust, loyalty and dependence of the respondents. Applying Data Protection Act (1998) enables the researcher to maintain the safety, security and privacy of the responses generated by the samples.
Incorporating Data Protection Act within the research would help the researcher to assure the respondents that their responses would be used solely for the purpose of research instead of commercialization. Along with this, exposing a liberal approach towards the comfort of the samples would reflect his ethical approach (Quinlan, Babin, Carr, & Griffin, 2019). . Acknowledging the sources would help the researcher to avert the instances of plagiarism and collusion. Conscious approach towards these aspects would help the researcher to produce reliable and valid research.
Conclusion
The following scientific results were obtained in the process of research: the definition of the concept of “reward” from payment of labor, characterizing the system of labor, organizational, legal and socio-economic relations (Rawal, 2016).,; The system-analytical approach to the internal content of remuneration is justified, which makes it possible to establish the nature of the relationship of individual compensation elements with the interests of various agency groups operating within the framework of a functioning commercial organization. The reasonableness of the separate block “Analysis of staff remuneration” in the complex economic analysis of the production and financial activities of the commercial organization was proved reasonably.
