Major Deliverables, End Results, and Stakeholders
The project is being developed for forming the accurate and systematic development of the project operations. The project would evaluate the use of project management concepts for the project of developing a browser application on iOS platform that would allow direct downloading from the Internet platform. The project would integrate the use of application development and project management concepts for forming the appropriate development of the project operations. The development of the project operations would help in developing plan for implementing the integrated operations of the project for developing the applications on iOS platform.

2. Motivation for the project
The project had been chosen for forming the accurate development of project operations for integrating the activities of the system development. The main reason that would be developed for implementing the project is the need for direct downloading in the system. The browser of iOS would be developed for forming the system integration and formation of the accurate development function.

Conclusion
The project network diagram and the critical path had shown that the project activities are in line with the operations of the project. The dependencies of the project activities had shown that the operations of the project have occurred one after another. The constraint of the project is ‘as soon as possible’ and it would develop the practical development of the project. The project had integrated the use of application development and project management concepts for forming the appropriate development of the project operations. The development of the project operations had helped in developing plan for implementing the integrated operations of the project for developing the applications on iOS platform.
