An online professional profile comprises all the information related to the educational and professional journey (Brigham 2016). This information allows all the other people aware of the education a person perused and their capabilities to handle a particular kind of job. In addition to that, Dvorak (2017) stated that an online profile can tell the story of career and help professionals to find a suitable candidate for their organization. The wok experience also helps professionals to locate their competencies and offer them a suitable post so that they can get the opportunity to enhance their knowledge base in practice.
Ramesh et al. (2015) stated that one advantage of developing an online profile is to get associated and connected with people across the world with same subject knowledge and information about professions based on it. The candidates themselves get the opportunity to build their contacts which on the other hand increase their chances of gaining wonderful career opportunities.
Everything in this technology driven world become digital and there are digital presence or platform for each business operation and aspects. Thus, if a candidate does not have n online professional profile, recruiters might find it suspicious (Rice and Hung 2015). This is the reason that a candidate has to mention their ability in their profile with every detail that is related with their achievements and educational qualifications. These details also help recruiters to ask questions on the projects and education a candidate belong and can make the interview process for precise and genuine.
Donelan (2016) stated that there is not doubt that talented people are present everywhere but everyone is looking for a great opportunity. The details from online profile allow the recruiters to make their choice more easily irrespective of the territory differences. The details also help these professionals to make a background assessment concerning the candidates.
Benefits of developing an online professional profile
I have learnt a new method for creating a professional profile. All of us are aware of the social media profile and it is similar to it but the only difference is that professional profile is for preparing a way to get appropriate job after academics. The online profile seems to be digital curriculum vitae (CV) and I have put all the relevant information in order to make my profile more presentable. The information section comprises of the data like area of study and broader interests. I have mentioned that I have perused Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) for getting the practical knowledge of handling workplace operations. I have also give some sub-points mentioning the details of practical works, literacy, numeracy and personal skills developments classes. My teammate JinLe Zhou gives me the feedback to mention every detail in the profile so that a perfect profile can be created. SiYuan Su on the other hand ask me to explain the job role that I used to perform at 7/11 organization. I have learnt that this information help professional to offer me job similar to that or offer me better job opportunity that demand similar type of working operations. I have been performed as Sales Associate in 7/11 organization, where I have to provide proficient, and considerate customer service within small amount of time. I have also mentioned my tenure period that is 1 year. Hua Zeng give me the suggestion that mentioning the period of associatively also help professionals to judge their seriousness towards the working operations and organization.
Moreover, I have prepared a transcript for preparing a video. I have mentioned all the details in that 1 minute video and mentioned my paid work experience. I have mentioned precisely what my job role in the organization and why I am the suitable candidates for such kind of job. I have learned that the video has to be precise and contain all i have trim it via DeakinAir in order to make the video a 1 minute long video. I have also learned from my team mates that professional portray an impression in the very first minute and thus presenting all the details that can best express my ability is very important.
Our team comprises of 4 people and apart from me other three members are JinLe Zhou , SiYuan Su and Hua Zeng. We have accomplished a project on wine industry and present details whether or not we are able to establish ourselves as a professional in that industry. There are some factors of team dynamics based on which team performance can be measured- leadership quality, ability to taking desired roles and responsibilities, setting effective goals and objectives, establishing ground rules, utilization of reliable tools that can enhance the performance of the team and ability to start and finish the work within given time (Kolowich 2013).
Throughout the journey, I have noticed and evaluated all these aspects to assess whether or not we are an ideal team. I have also noticed that JinLe Zhou and Hua Zeng are great leaders as they can direct all the team members in a correct way. I personally believed that a team leader is someone, who always direct and impose their thought for accomplishing a work but these two team mates make me realize that participation of the team members are equally matters for the success of the team and I have developed this sense from the article written by (Ollier-Malaterre et al. 2013). This is the first reason that I want to work with them also in future. On the other hand, SiYuan Su has very good quality to handle all the crucial decision and make notes for prioritize all the roles and responsibility. I have learned from the article written by Prestridge, (2017) that this division of work helps in set time and resource for each role and all the work can be completed within deadline. However, this decision making ability help us to set some crucial rules that all of us have to follow (Yu et al. 2016). This proves our team binding and I am sure that I future we can collaboratively accomplish any kind of work. JinLe Zhou has another quality for researching on tools that can be used to improve the performance or complete the desired work more easily. This approach helps us in start and finishes the work more effectively.

Conclusion
Thus, I can conclude that I have some problem that is poor verbal communication in front of many people, proper management of the working style, being introvert and nor able to share my views in front of others and divide the work pressure. I have also planned an action schedule in order to improve myself. The major change that I have found and I have to implement is public speaking and hosts my team meeting. This will help me to gradually develop myself and prepared for the kind of job that I am used to with. I have also concluded that creating an online profile is beneficial as it help the recruiters to find suitable candidate more effectively.
