Additionally, the brand awareness of the organization will also increase, which will be beneficial for the long-term success of the organization. With the help of the website, customers can be able to order their products, track them and can also make online payments. Additionally, call and chat support facilities are also present so that the customers can contact the organization for getting their queries resolved. The total time that is needed for the project is around three months which is followed by a budget of around $40,000.

Additionally, if the business of the organization gets expanded by 10% by an increased profit of around 20%, then the project would also be considered successful.
The requirements which are needed by the project team in order to successfully develop the website for the organization in order to increase the sales of the organization are mainly elaborated below:
- Financial resources: A budget of around $40,000 is mainly required in order to undertake the work of the project quite successfully.
- Human resources: The project stakeholders who are associated with the progress of the project are as follows:
- Project manager
- Developer
- Financial manager
- HR manager
- Suppliers
- Sponsors
- Database administrator
- Tester
- Project planner
- IT manager
- Hardware and Software: Desktop, CPU, RAM, Mouse, designing tools, testing tools etc., are needed for successfully undertaking the website development project.
There are a number of factors identified during the website development project which generally can limit the project progress are mainly illustrated below:
- If the software tools that are used are not identified to be compatible with the system, then it can obstruct the progress of the project.
- The total money which is generally allocated for the entire work of the project is around $40,000, and if the allocated budget is identified to be insufficient for undertaking the project, then it can obstruct the project’s progress due to financial hurdles.
- The project will receive full support from the stakeholders, project managers as well as project sponsors.
- It is also assumed that the team members are good at communication, and therefore any type of issue that will occur will be communicated by the team in order to get instant solutions so that it would impact the project negatively.
- The time that is assumed for the project is identified to be sufficient for successfully finishing the project work quite successfully.

In order to develop the website, the project interface designing team needs to create the interface of the website as per the needs of the client. After getting approval on the design, the IT team needs to undertake the work of coding, code validation, database development as well as testing in order to check the website against technical errors and glitches that occurs during the system. Additionally, the project team needs to implement the website so that the organization’s operations can be initiated with the help of the website.
Business Need/Case
The risks which can arise during the development of a website for Spicebox Organics are mainly elaborated below:

- experiences financial hurdles due to which the work of the project can be obstructed.
- Schedule slippage: The total time that is allocated for the entire work of the project is not tracked regularly, then it would be quite difficult to manage schedule slippage, and as a result, the project experiences delay.
- Improper interface design: Proper data collection is needed for preparing the interface design as per the needs and requirements of the clients. However, if data collection is not done properly, then it will be difficult to create a proper interface design that will satisfy the client’s needs.
- Lack of testing: If inexperienced testers are hired, then it would be quite challenging for them to determine the technical glitches and errors within the system, and as a result, a number of technical issues can arise which can obstruct the project’s progress.
The deliverables of the project are as follows:
- Project management plan
- Project charter
- Interface design report;
- Testing report
- Project plan
- Expenditure report
- Website
- Status report
- Project documentation
